This document outlines a program to educate children on environmental aspects and make them aware of their immediate environment through hands-on learning. It aims to establish Earth Research Centers that will train 150 students from each administrative region in various environmental topics like agriculture, soil science, water management, and more. The students will learn through demonstration projects and then help share their knowledge with local communities. They will be called "Earth Leaders" and belong to the "Earth Leaders for Environmental Management" group. The program involves identifying schools, training 10 students from each in 3-day batches on themes like water, soil, biodiversity, and more. It aims to provide greater social and environmental benefits locally and globally through empowering children to study and protect their environment

4. Children, as part of their education, should also be aware of their immediate environment.
This activity gives a scope for children to learn their environment - agriculture, meteorology, soil science, water
management, waste management which are parts of the subjects - physics, chemistry, biology, computer science
and natural resources.
By learning, demonstration and sharing they could help the local communities.
This project has greater social and environmental benefits locally and globally, the children participating in this
project are called the “Earth Leaders.”
All the children participating in this program belong to the “Earth Leaders for Environmental Management”
“Children have the right to sense their environment and be consciousness.”

7. The
implementation
steps
Identification of the school and with mutual consent and implementation of the
project.
Considering Mandal as a unit and to train 150 students from each Mandal
6th to 9th class students from Govt and private schools
10 students in each school will be involved in the project.
Ideally 50 students from ERC who are interested in environment, nature, agriculture
and computers could be involved on priority.
One teacher in each school, preferably Science teacher would be identified for
coordination of this project.
