4. PERFECT SALES STRATEGY

your team need?
2. Gauge success of team to understand
what’s working and what isn’t.
3. Fail early and often- quickly
determine the best strategies to sell
your product.
5. CREATE AND CLOSE DEALS THEMSELVES
1. Lead by example and be hands on.
2. Find great opportunities and weed
out bad ones.
3. Work with the sales team instead of
operating above them .
