22.  September 11, 2001 will go down as the bloodiest day in the
history of the United States.
 On that morning, 19 al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial
passenger jet airliners.
 The hijackers intentionally crashed two of the airliners into the
Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre in New York City.
 2,974 victims and the 19 hijackers died in the attacks.
 The overwhelming majority of casualties were civilians, including
nationals of over 90 different countries.

25.  The 2008 Mumbai attacks were more than ten coordinated
shooting and bombing attacks across Mumbai, India's financial
capital.
 The attacks began on 26 November 2008 and lasted until 29
November, killing at least 173 people and wounding at least
308.
 It was complete mayhem as the terrorists killed people at
random at different locations in the city and took hostages in up
market 5-star hotels including the very symbol of India's
hospitality.

EMPLOYMENT MUST BE PROVIDED TO ALL. OTHERWISE IT
LEADS TO FORMATION OF SUICIDE BOMBERS, WHO IN WANT
OF MONEY , TAKE LIFE OF OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE.

2. Incorporate gratitude exercises to focus on what you DO have, instead of what
you DON’T have. This practice counteracts the fear of loss and catastrophe, and keeps a
positive focus.
3. Quiet the mind. Processes like EFT and meditation help you go into ‘observer’ mode.
They quiet the mind and develop your ‘observer’ quality. In meditation, they call it the
‘watchful’ quality or the ‘witness’ – the ability to take a step back and observe yourself in a
calm and nonreactive way.
4. Maintain mental clarity. Anxiety can cause your mind to become clouded if you
become caught up in fearful expectations. If you hear bad news, negative feelings can
escalate and prevent you from taking helpful action. The most important goal during
highly anxious moments is to retain mental clarity and composure.
5. Soothe anxiety with calming thoughts. People experiencing extreme anxiety make
two mistakes: they scare themselves with thoughts of what ‘could’ happen, and over focus
on their body and under focus on what they can ‘do’ to stay calm.
