This has my mood board and genre conventions

2. I have created this mood board so that I could see if I could spot any
certain trends and pick up on the whether it conforms to typical genre
conventions. From my mood board I can see that most of the pop
magazines use very bright colour schemes. However R & B magazines
have a much more dull colour schemes. This helps to differentiate the
genres that music magazines have to offer.

3. Masthead- The masthead
‘Billboard’ uses a very large
font size and is placed at the top
of the page in order to catch the
audience’s eyes.
Main Image- The
main imagine on
magazine is of a
well known artist
Beyoncé.

anchorage text relates to
the main image
explaining what it is
about.
