The project is dimensioned to fit university and surrounding college
needs as well as to comply with North American Soccer standards.
It shall be defined as a compact contemporary project with visual
recognition factor, adding to the already recognizable campus
structure of the CLA building by Antoine Pedock, a visual anchor
point for the surrounding communities on the Southwest entry to
the campus. This facility is intended to offer an upscale solution for
already established sports such as college football but also for
European football, commonly know as soccer. The arena not only
accommodates state of the art stadium technology but also support
structures such as shops, restaurants and bars, to serve external
as well as local events.

8. Site
The stadium is located on the South end of the
campus in location of the existing soccer field.
Access will primarily come from S. University
Drive and W. Temple Avenue. Existing parking will
be tied in with a future expansion on the South
Side of Temple with an underground crossing. The
site is conveniently located near two major Traffic
arteries, the I-10 and I-57. The site is strategically
within a 4 mile radius of the original football stadi-
um site in the City of industry, Grand Crossing to
attract the same potential audience.

LA Wellness Center 02
There are so many leftover spaces in downtown LA. To high-
light the significance of these spaces, and the potential that
they hold to become something more useful and give opportu-
nities to transform those space into healthy environments. My
architectural strategy is to reuse one of those neglected
spaces and design an wellness center for the obesity people
and the community. My goal is to help people adapt to and
maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Medical Community Center 04
Yapmp Valley Medical Center has asked for assistance with the
repurposing of the existing building. The hospital is looking to the
future and developing a trategy to meet the needs of the diverse
community served. It is determined that the facility will serve as
an outpatient pavillion and provide community served. It is deter-
mined that the facility will serve as an outpatient pavilion and
provide a holistic approach to health and wellness. Several
services currently provided in the hospital and adjacent medical
office building will be relocated to suport this vision.
