 Creating and maintaining administrative processes for clearing staff for Controlled
Goods and Industrial (e.g. Reliability and NATO Secret) security clearances.
 Creating and maintaining spreadsheets which track staff through the clearance process.
 Requesting credit reports, completing security references checks and analyzing
submitted applications for security-related concerns.
 Determining what security level, if any, ought to be granted for Controlled Goods.
 Eliminating security clearance backlogs.
 Liaising with federal government officials and overseas officials regarding security-
related issues such as acquiring Police Certificates from foreign jurisdictions.
 Coordinating Criminal Record Name Checks and Fingerprints for staff.
 Updating spreadsheets and KeyScan databases.
 Approving and producing security ID upgrades for staff and contractors.

his or her classification level to the union.
 Providing recommendations for the level of compensation for excluded management

 Providing advice and assistance to management staff in preparing their case for
