Organizations: Pure physical
organizations (corporations) are referred
to as brick-and-mortar(or old-economy)
organizations.
i. Virtual Organizations: The
companies that are engaged only in E-
business are considered virtual (or pure-
play) organizations.
i. Click-and-mortar
Organizations: Also called click-and-
brick organizations. These are those
organizations that conduct some e-
commerce activities, yet their primary
business is done in the physical world.
Gradually many companies are changing to
click-and-mortar ones.
