These individuals and their families struggle to be active and involved in society because of the many difficulties and barriers they face. People need information and support and services that can meet their needs. There is a need to work with partner organisations nationally for early intervention. (Birmingham initiative hailed as future of 'Big Society‘.)

Key challenges for marketing orientation supporting individuals get on the road to recovery Cultural Change - from a caring environment (to target driven) with poor structures, systems, processes and management reporting How to increase Campaigns – so that more people are supported Keeping up with trends – e.g. healthcare provision, public perception R&D – how to introduce new technology for gathering information, build knowledge management systems and training and encouraging staff to adopt reporting mechanisms Develop profile of Aquarius – re-branding as a recognised service provider using track record of best practice and success stories since 1989 Funds – increase pricing mechanisms, develop expertise in tendering submissions and ways other to increase income
