Rohit Chhabra has send an email dated 10/05/2016 and also 2 letter in speed post dated 09/05/2016 and 17/05/2016, wherein Rohit writes that Rs. 30,86,950/- was paid for payment of Govt. Taxes and that fraud and cheating with the company by not paying for the Govt. Taxes.
Rohit Chhabra has filled a complaint dated 09/06/2016 with Vashi Police Station, on 18/06/2016 filed a complaint with Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone – 1, Navi Mumbai and on 23/06/2016 with Disciplinary Committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in which Rohit has stated that an amount of Rs. 36,36,950/- was paid for payment of Govt. Taxes.
In his complaint with Vashi Police Station, Rohit Chhabra in the First Paragraph has stated that out of Rs. 36,00,000/- paid to me, Rs. 25,00,000/- was for payment of Govt. Taxes. But is the next page Rohit states that out of Rs. 36,11,950/- paid, Rs. 30,00,000/- was for payment of Govt. Taxes. In the complaint to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-1, Navi Mumbai, Rohit has mentioned that Rs. 36,36,950/- paid for payment of Govt. Taxes was not paid for. But in his complaint to ICAI, Rohit has written with details the amounts paid for a total of Rs. 36,36,950/- but in the said complaint he has also stated that he has given Rs. 1,00,000/- and Rs. 13,050/- which is not added in the total amount and also these 2 amounts are not shown in any of the previous complaints.
