Limited and the persons deriving title through or under it for the

neighbouring property (hereinafter called "the retained property")

(a) any easement or right of light air or otherwise which would
restrict or interfere with the free use of the retained property
for building or any other purpose
(b) all such rights of drainage light and support as may be
necessary for the continuance of drainage access of light and
support as at present enjoyed by the retained property and any
part thereof and all other easements or quasi easements (if any)
at present enjoyed by the retained property and
(c) the right to erect buildings on the retained property and to
rebuild alter and extend the existing buildings thereon and to
carry on thereon the existing and any other business in such
manner and to such extent as the said Whitbread Fremlins Limited
could have done if it had remained the owner of the property
hereby transferred notwithstanding that the exercise of such
rights the enjoyment of the property hereby transferred may be
prejudiced by obstruction of light and air noise or otherwise."
2 The land is subject to the following rights reserved by a Transfer
of the freehold estate in the land in this title and other land
dated 28 August 1987 made between (1) Land and General Estates
Limited and (2) Manjet Singh:-
"EXCEPT AND RESERVING in favour of the Transferor and its
successors in title over the property hereby transferred for the
benefit of the Transferors retained and neighbouring property:
(a) The right to the free passage of water soil gas electricity
and other services.
(b) The right to enter upon the property hereby transferred for
the purpose of laying inspecting repairing and maintaining

(c) All rights of light and air.
