To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the opportunity of working with Sarah Phelps over the past four years. I was
initially referred to her by a colleague of mine. Upon our first meeting, I was sold. She
has a glowing persona that makes everyone her feel welcome. She has that x-factor of
energy, care, and charisma that will aid and inspire others in any company.
Our business has reached a new level, and I recognize Sarah had a lot to do with it.
She was initially brought on to help us with our administration, but we quickly learned her
skills could also be beneficial elsewhere. Soon she grew into our head administrator, as
well as became one of our top trainers. She quickly advanced and became a company
associate.
Whatever Sarah decides to do, she will be an asset to any company. Her intelligence
and personality will make her a success wherever she goes. She is task oriented and
willing to make sacrifices to get the job done right.
I give my full recommendation for Sarah Phelps and would not hesitate to hire her as
she will instantly be an integral part of your company.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions,
Sincerely,
Steve Ramsbottom BHK, CSCS, PFLC

To whom it may concern,
Hard workings, enthusiastic, caring, motivated, and inquisitive are just some of the
words that come to mind when asked how I would describe Sarah Phelps.
She started at Performance Institute in the role as head administrator, but with the
expressed desire to become a high level trainer. In a relatively short time she has
proved that she is not only capable but excels at training regardless of whether she
works with personal training clients, groups of 5 and more clients (of varying skills and
goals) and even rehab clients.
As her role as trainer expanded, Sarah was responsible for training new admin staff to fill
her role and she did so expertly, with little guidance from superiors. Together, she and
her new admin “protégés,” enhanced many of our accounting and admin systems which
are now dramatically improved.
Sarah is the sought after type of person who is willing to step up to the plate to take on
more responsibility. She is that rare employee that you feel comfortable leaving in
charge of your business, (and indeed she did when we went on week long vacations).
Sarah has one of those unique personalities that affect people positively whether she
spends an hour with them or just greets them at the door. We and the hundreds of
clients at Performance Institute will miss her tremendously.
I would not hesitate to hire Sarah in any role she pursues.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions,
Sincerely,
Heather Pettingill
Director of Development
