I have experience, skills and training in different forms of counselling/therapeutic approaches. Primarily Person Centred background training and essentially the root that all my training branches out from. Experienced in working with adult alcohol services, using brief and long term therapy. I have experience in counselling young people and working with them to raise self esteem and confidence. I am now offering private counselling/therapy to individuals/couples, work with life challenges and experiences.
