6. DIFFICULTY

7. SUCESSFUL CASE PROJECT
Three phases project : "Introduction, Adjustment and Full-Implementation“
Technology is successfully installed at:
 100% of the nursing carts (82) providing secure identification
 all levels providing location and tracking of 1.500 patients and 1.000 assets per
day on real time.
Aspects like communication infrastructure and integration with other systems are being
finishing (90% completed).
 100% of professionals and new staff received training in three months, being the
technology already incorporated in the daily work.
