21. Select “Join an Org” in the center of the menu bar at the top of the page

22. Select “add an organization”

23. Search for “Sports Business Association” and it will appear on the bottom of the screen

24. Select “Join Organization” and enter the password “sportsbiz”

25. Select “Forms” on the right hand side of the page and go to page 3 of forms

26. Select fill out 2011-2012 SBA Membership Form
