- 10. TOP TRENDS USING FOSS IN VIETNAM NEXT 3 YEARS FOSS market in Public sector expandsion. The first reason for using foss is freedom from vendor lock in. Lot of FOSS solutions will be used, cause of security reason. All-in-one ages and everything in a box More and more PCs will be installed FOSS, exp in Gov agencies 10
