THE INVESTMENT

  • 2. MY SITUATION Use this slide to describe the situation you are currently in. How are you performing in your role? How long have you been at your current role. How do you feel you are developing in your career? Identify a training need. Where has the need for training come from? Recommendations from a mentor, manager or colleague? Are you facing challenges that you feel ill-equipped to deal with? Try and articulate the specific skills you wish to improve. Copy and paste the correct description from the website. • Explain the elements of the academy which particularly respond to your challenges and needs. • Copy and paste the course topics and key takeaways from the relevant academy page.
