Scott Mead is an American fine art photographer, philanthropist and investor. He serves on many not-for-profit boards in the US and UK and actively supports emerging artists, education and medical research through The Mead Family Foundation, of which he is Chairman and founded in 1996. Following a successful career in investment banking in New York and London, Mead returned to fine art photography, a subject he had previously studied in college. Numerous exhibitions and group shows have since followed, including the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, and two solo exhibitions at Hamiltons Gallery. His photographs are in many institutional and private collections around the world.
