I have been in consulting for the biggest part of my career, at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and CSC. My main focus was on Enterprise Software in the areas of Customer Service and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Through my experience, I became convinced that new technologies and business models can enable Enterprise Software to deliver results more quickly than is the case today. Therefore, after 14 years of consulting, I decided to quit my job to found a software company called 'Survey Anyplace'.
