• Glamour is the leader in cosmetic distribution.
• Glamour Company was established in former Czechoslovakia in Brno
in 1990. The place of business was set to Brno in consideration
of strategical location in central area of former Czechoslovakia.
• Since 1993, after dissolution of Czechoslovakia, there has been operating
the independent company Glamour Slovakia with company residence
in Banska Bystrica.
• In July 2007 Glamour Group acquired the Prestige Products Company
that has subsidiaries in Czech Republic (Prague), Slovakia (Bratislava) and
Hungary (Budapest).
• In July 2010 Glamour Group acquired Wella Hair Care companies (CZ, SK,
HU).
• As the result of this operation Glamour Group has become regional
category leader on Central European market.

6. Glamour Group Introduction
• Glamour Group consists of several divisions:
selective brands distribution, semi-selective brands distribution and mass
market cosmetics distribution.
• To ensure the efficiency of business Glamour Group operates its own
technical background departments: IT, DTP studio and Advertising agency
(providing sales support, POS materials production, media booking and PR).
• In consequence of successful expansion it was necessary to solve the lack
of space in original warehouse. The new modern storage space has been
built on the premises of Brno HQ.
The opening date of new logistics center was January 2010.
• Experienced sales force cover strategically all regions of Czech Republic.
Modern technology (wireless connection via PDA devices) ensures that your
order is processed in the distribution centre within 1 minute. The goods are
delivered to the point of sale by the courier parcel service within 48 hours.

• We expect that the logistics services will be centralized in the future.
The realization schedule will depend on development of the overall
economic situation and stabilization of the market enviroment.
• The most up to date and the largest warehouse in Brno will be
capable to assume patronage over the logistics for all three markets
(CZ+SK+HU), which will be the next step to optimization and
improvement of performance of the Company.
