6. TURMERIC GOLDEN
MILK DETOX TEA
(1) cup in the P.M.
● 2 cups of almond milk
● 1 tsp and you can work up to 1 TBL) of
COCONUT OIL , or castor oil.
This adds more good saturated fats and
anti-viral, anti-bacterial and
antifungal properties
● 1.5 tsp TURMERIC
● 1 tsp CINNAMON
● 1 tsp NUTMEG
● 1" piece of fresh peeled and sliced ginger or ½ tsp GINGER POWDER
● 2-3 drops of Vanilla stevia extract to taste
● a sprinkle of black pepper (optional) - this enhances the body's ability to absorb turmeric by
one thousand times, however, if you have ulcerative colitis, Crohn's or other sensitivities,
please omit.
● Note: You can add filtered water to your liking and consistency.
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender or food processor, until smooth
2. Pour into saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes
3. Pour into your mug or cup and enjoy all the delicious anti-inflammatory health benefits
8. II. Change your eating and food prep habits
● Eliminate processed foods,simple carbohydrates and sugar.
● Focus on eating more organic produce.
● Eat less cooked foods and don’t over cook your food.
● Don’t use a microwave as this destroys all the healthful properties of the food.
● Eliminate toxic, poor quality fats like canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil.
● Avoid animal products from animals fed genetically modified feed such as soy,
corn, and wheat.
● Limit or eliminate alcohol immediately if you have been experiencing more than
3 of the symptoms listed in this post.
● Get checked for hidden food intolerances, yeast overgrowth and consider
heavy metal testing.

10. III REPAIR THE DAMAGE with
SUPPORTIVE FOODS
●Eat lot’s of vegetables, especially dark green leafy
vegetables and brightly colored ones.
●Thirty to forty percent of the diet should consist of some
raw fruit and vegetables. Include a 5 or more servings of
vegetables every day. (about raw fruit- limit to no more than
2 pieces per day, maybe less if overweight or diabetic.

22. IV. REBUILD YOUR
LIVER’s HEALTH
●Use supportive herbs and nutrients. A few that help
support the liver are B-complex, C, E and natural beta
carotene. There is no such thing as a healthy liver without
all 90 essential vitamins and minerals
Herbs like milk thistle, turmeric, dandelion and globe artichoke
also help. There are a number of important specific amino
acids that help the liver too.
For Serenity’s 2016 Winter cleanse we are not using Milk
Thistle or dandelion, but they will incorporated at a later time
24. ●Remember if your liver is clogged you will not be able to
properly digest and eliminate the foods you eat and this
