Tips 4: Create a private library in Teams Channel • Browse to the SharePoint site associated to your Team • Create a New SharePoint group • Create a new document library • Break permission inheritance to the new library • Remove unwanted groups • Grant permission to the new group • Add a document tab to your Team for the new library

Tips 5: Use One NoteBook per Team • Add a OneNote Tab to the General Channel (it will create a new NoteBook by default) • Consider using the format Team’sName Notes, as this name will also be used for the name of your Team’s NoteBook • In your new NoteBook create sections for each channel’s name • Add a OneNote tab to each Channel by selecting use an existing NoteBook • Browse in your Team’s Notebook to find the section for your Channel • Repeat for each channels • Once your Notebook is opened in Teams, click on Open in OneNote, this will synchronize your notes to a local copy of your NoteBook, making them available to work Offline
