Risk Because the team has a track record of buying gold for investors and transporting it back to a refinery in the US the supply chain process and risks associated have been addressed and mitigated. A joint venture exists with the church in Ghana on the humanitarian side. A school, church, shelter, and farming will be built for the local inhabitants of the region where the mine is located. A monastery will also be built along with farms in Ghana. Also a very exciting aspect is that with the equipment that will be used no chemicals are needed. So the mining operation will be “GREEN”. There will be minimal impact to the environment.

14. Facts about project Land in the region is procured by talking to the tribal chieftain or chiefs in the region. Negotiation will be for a minimal amount of land with the option to expand and grow up to 25 acres which is the government regulated amount for a small scale mine. Chiefs can either accept a set cash payment for the land or negotiate a cash payment as well as % of profits.

15. Facts continued… Gold in Ghana is relatively easy to mine and only 15-20% of the gold in the country has been unearthed. Joint venture is in place with a Ghanaian who has worked in the mines his entire adult life. Gold is the last “REAL” currency left in the global marketplace. Price to manufacture and bring to market 1kg of gold is roughly 10k gross. That same 1kg of gold will be brought to a US refinery and sold for spot price which is roughly 30-35k gross. Therefore arbitrage opportunity.
