garment shop for children, women, teenage girls, kids,
infants, gents and boys
Project Scope
 Explores current trends including technology trends and
merger and acquisition activity.
 Evaluates the current business model for boutiques and
looks at future possibilities for development.
 To develop relationships with customers.
 Relationship selling.
Objectives
 To create demand in different markets.
 Strong fashion and color sense with the ability to
create designs to changing market conditions.
 Good knowledge of fabrics, and the ability to choose
the best match between garment design.
 To get a Distinctive position in apparel industry where
I can use my best design, creative skills and experience
to develop a unique product.
Success Factors
 Changing consumer habits and lifestyles.
 Greater availability of quality retail space.
 Creativity is also becoming increasingly
evident at retail level
 Fastest growing formats.
 Competent to other competitors.
