UXcamp Europe is one of Europe‘s largest events for

UX professionals with 500+ attendees.

If you want to raise your profile in the UX community or let
the world know that you’re hiring: This is the place to be.
Sponsor Information
How UXcamp Europe works
With some 550 participants from more than 20 countries,
UXcamp Europe is one of Europe‘s largest conferences on
human-centered design – and a very special one as well.
UXcamp Europe is a barcamp – a self-organizing event that relies on the passion and input of its
participants. A local planning team is organizing the event months in advance and makes sure there is
a location, the necessary infrastructure and snacks throughout the day. While the actual sessions and
lively discussions will be contributed by
our guests.
Yes, it works!
550+ participants year over year are
proof, that the barcamp format is
working extremely well.
For regulars, it‘s a bit like a class
reunion – and those new to the camp
are greeted with open arms. This unique
atmosphere is the reason why all the
tickets were gone within 2 minutes for
the last few years.
Attendees work at companies like Daimler, Deutsche Telekom, Google, Kentico, Microsoft, Otto, SAP or
Telenor. Professionals from leading UX consultancies and agencies are present as well: AKQA, Aperto,
DDB Tribal, FatDUX, Fjord, Futurice, iA, Interone, Loop UX, Netlife Research, Nexum, Publicis Pixelpark,
Razorfish, SapientNitro, SinnerSchrader, USEEDS°and more. UXcamp Europe also attracts young talent
from universities.

Participants
Introduce your company to an international crowd of highly
skilled, curious and kind people – with experiences ranging
from Trainee to Director.
What drives 500+ people to squeeze themselves into class rooms on a
sunny weekend mid-June discussing job-related subjects? All the other
participants, of course.
For regulars, it‘s a bit like a class reunion – and those new to the camp
are greeted with open arms. This unique atmosphere is the reason why all
the tickets were gone within 2 minutes for the last few years.

Benefits for sponsors
The main reason to sponsor the camp is to let people know
that you‘re out there. Apart from raising your company
profile there are many other benefits for our sponsors.
Be recognized in the international UX community
Whether you‘re a startup, an agency/consultancy or a UX department within a larger company, you
want people to know that you‘re looking for talent. Depending on the chosen sponsor package:
• Your job offers appear on the jobboard
• A session room will be named after your company (higher sponsorships only)
• Your logo will be visible on the official UXcamp T-shirts (T-Shirt Sponsor only)
• You‘ll be remembered as „those who made that awesome party possible“ (Party Sponsor only)
• You can hold a raffle amongst your followers e.g. via Twitter or Facebook (Special Sponsor only)
Provide your own UX pros with some further education
The higher sponsorship packages include free tickets for your employees, so they don‘t need to
participate in the ticket rush.
Receive some good karma
UXcamp Europe is only possible thanks to sponsors like you. Conferences like this help to advance the
field, and strengthen the spirit of mutual exchange of ideas.

How to become a sponsor
"10
1 Get in touch with us and request your desired sponsorship package. There‘s an idea on your
mind? Need a desk or want to build up a booth? Feel free to ask us any questions about the
barcamp or sponsoring.
2 Once you‘ve decided on an available sponsorship, provide us with your complete company
name and postal address, as well as contact data for the responsible person on your end. We‘ll
send you an invoice and a pre-filled contract. Send the signed contract to the address below.
3 Next, please send us your company logo in a vector format (such as .eps or .ai) together with
the link for your company.
4 Once we have the signed contract as well as your logo in vector format, we name you on the
conference website uxcampeurope.org – typically within 24 hours.

  • 1. Berlin June 3rd & 4th 2017 UXcamp Europe is one of Europe‘s largest events for
 UX professionals with 500+ attendees.

  • 2. How UXcamp Europe works With some 550 participants from more than 20 countries, UXcamp Europe is one of Europe‘s largest conferences on human-centered design – and a very special one as well. UXcamp Europe is a barcamp – a self-organizing event that relies on the passion and input of its participants. A local planning team is organizing the event months in advance and makes sure there is a location, the necessary infrastructure and snacks throughout the day. While the actual sessions and lively discussions will be contributed by our guests. Yes, it works! 550+ participants year over year are proof, that the barcamp format is working extremely well. For regulars, it‘s a bit like a class reunion – and those new to the camp are greeted with open arms. This unique atmosphere is the reason why all the tickets were gone within 2 minutes for the last few years. Attendees work at companies like Daimler, Deutsche Telekom, Google, Kentico, Microsoft, Otto, SAP or Telenor. Professionals from leading UX consultancies and agencies are present as well: AKQA, Aperto, DDB Tribal, FatDUX, Fjord, Futurice, iA, Interone, Loop UX, Netlife Research, Nexum, Publicis Pixelpark, Razorfish, SapientNitro, SinnerSchrader, USEEDS°and more. UXcamp Europe also attracts young talent from universities. "2 Attendees review the session board during a break (rooms named after sponsors). Some 80 sessions are there to chose from during one weekend. team@uxcampeurope.org

For regulars, it‘s a bit like a class reunion – and those new to the camp are greeted with open arms. This unique atmosphere is the reason why all the tickets were gone within 2 minutes for the last few years. • 4. Benefits for sponsors The main reason to sponsor the camp is to let people know that you‘re out there. Apart from raising your company profile there are many other benefits for our sponsors. Be recognized in the international UX community Whether you‘re a startup, an agency/consultancy or a UX department within a larger company, you want people to know that you‘re looking for talent. Depending on the chosen sponsor package: • Your job offers appear on the jobboard • A session room will be named after your company (higher sponsorships only) • Your logo will be visible on the official UXcamp T-shirts (T-Shirt Sponsor only) • You‘ll be remembered as „those who made that awesome party possible“ (Party Sponsor only) • You can hold a raffle amongst your followers e.g. via Twitter or Facebook (Special Sponsor only) Provide your own UX pros with some further education The higher sponsorship packages include free tickets for your employees, so they don‘t need to participate in the ticket rush. Receive some good karma UXcamp Europe is only possible thanks to sponsors like you. Conferences like this help to advance the field, and strengthen the spirit of mutual exchange of ideas.
