4. Reported By Ibn Abbas: The Prophet (may peace
be upon him) did not write “In the name of Allah,
the compassionate, the merciful” until Surah an-
Naml was revealed. Sunan Abi Dawud 787
It was narrated that Abu Darda’ said: “I performed eleven
prostrations with the Prophet ‫ﷺ‬of which there were none in
the Mufassal [short Surahs (49-114) of the Qur’an]. Al-A’raf, Ar-
Ra’d, An-Nahl, Bani Isra’il, Maryam, Al-Hajj, the prostration in Al-
Furqan, Surat An-Naml (mentioning) Sulayman, As- Sajdah, Sad,
and the Ha-Mim Surah.”

6.  Warning and good news --- If even an offender repents
and reforms himself and does good instead of evil,
Allah will pardon him.
 Denial and abuse due to arrogance.
 Four forms of Iman and Kufr (1) Acceptance with heart
and speech. (2) Refusal with both (3) Refusal with heart
only, Nifaq (4) Refusal with speech only ‫ا‬ ۡ‫ُو‬‫د‬َ‫ح‬َ‫ج‬

7.  Glorification and gratitude of Allah after receiving
blessings, skills , favors and supremacy

8.  Supplication Ayah 19 ---- Asking for restrain, to keep Nafs

wonderful abilities & blessings, guidance to seek & work
