• A.M.Naik – He is started his journey as Jr. Engineer in 1965 and till now the journey is
ongoing. He has passed through every stage till he became Group Executive Chairman.
• S.N.Subramanyan – He is started his career in 1984 as a project planning engineer and
then step by step he is moving towards the core member of the whole group.
• R.Shankar Raman – He joined group and setup new subsidiary company called as L&T
Finance Ltd. And from that day the journey is ongoing and he is known for his finance
strategy and planning which helped a lot to whole group for growth and success.
• Shailendra Roy - As earlier he works in Bhel for 22 years and then in 2004 he joined the
group and the group is having vast experience of him as working in public sector
company for long period.
• D.K.Sen - As early he works in Many companies and finally he joined group in 1989 as Sr.
Manager and company grows in his leadership and in his experience.
• M.V.Satish - He starts his career with L&T and he works on various projects among the
company and now the company will get benefitted of his vast experience.
