Lara Caimi: Chief Strategy Officer ServiceNow
Lara Caimi joined in December 2017 and currently serves as
ServiceNow’s Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Lara
spent 14 years at Bain & Company. As a Partner at Bain in San Francisco,
Lara spent her time advising technology companies on topics of growth
strategy, performance improvement, go-to-market strategy, M&A and
merger integrations.
Prior to business school, Lara also worked as a private equity analyst at
Halpern, Denny & Co.
Lara holds a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from St. Olaf
College, earned a M.I.B. at The University of Sydney as a Fulbright
Scholar, and received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Gina Mastantuono: Chief Financial Officer ServiceNow
Gina joined ServiceNow in November 2018 and brings more than 20
years of financial experience to ServiceNow, including in the cloud, IT
and mobility solutions industries. Prior to ServiceNow she served as
CFO of Ingram Micro, a leading provider of global technology and
supply chain services.
Prior to Ingram Micro, Gina was Revlon’s SVP, chief accounting officer,
controller and international CFO from 2007 to 2013. Gina also held
various executive finance roles at InterActiveCorp, and Triarc
Companies. She began her career at Ernst & Young in the entrepreneurial
services group. Gina has also been honored as one of CRN’s “Power
100” and twice listed on the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most
Powerful Women in Technology.

Pat Wadors: Chief Talent Officer ServiceNow
Pat Wadors serves as Chief Talent Officer for ServiceNow, the digital
workflow company making work, work better for people. That purpose, as
well as Pat’s longtime focus on building healthy companies that scale, drives
her vision to create amazing employee experiences for ServiceNow’s
10,000+ people around the world.
Prior to joining ServiceNow in September 2017, Pat was the Senior Vice

Throughout her career, Sam has always been committed to post-sale customer
success and laser-focused on ensuring customers redrive the greatest possible
value. Currently at ServiceNow Sam works with a Customer Service teas all
across the globe, were they are dedicated to providing their customers with
expert guidance to achieve the best business outcome possible as they deploy
of the Now Platform.
Before her current role, Sam was at HelloSign’s VP of Customer Operations
where she worked to drive the adoption and usage of the HelloSign product

Findly. At the outset of her career at Deloitte Consulting focusing on CRM

Christine Ehrenberger: Vice President, Solution Consulting, Americas
Christine is the Vice President of Solution Consulting, Americas for
ServiceNow. Christine started with ServiceNow in May 2019.
Christine has spent her entire career selling in the technology
industry, with the leadership abilities that span multiple cloud
applications. She has a strong management and leadership ability to
assemble diverse national teams driving successful customer
engagements and strategic wins with Fortune 500 firms as well as
small general business markets.

Liz Du is the Director of Employer Brand and Talent Marketing for
ServiceNow. Liz started with the company in 2016 and assumed her
current position in February 2019.
Liz is a marketing leader with a reputation built on developing and

Julie Sweet: Chief Executive Officer
Julie Sweet is chief executive officer of Accenture and serves on the company’s board
of directors.
Prior to becoming CEO in September 2019, Julie served as chief executive officer of
Accenture’s business in North America, the company’s largest geographic market.
Previously, she was Accenture’s general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer
for five years.
Outside of Accenture, Julie is a leader on topics including innovation, technology’s
impact on business, and inclusion and diversity. She is a member of the World

Amy Fuller: Chief Marketing Officer & Communications Officer
As Accenture’s chief marketing & communications officer, Amy Fuller leads a global
team of approximately 2000 marketing and communications professionals focused
on strengthening the Accenture brand in the marketplace and helping to grow the
business. Amy is responsible for brand, advertising and research, content and digital
marketing, social media, corporate and financial communications, industry analyst

KC McClure is Accenture’s chief financial officer with responsibility for the

Lynne Doughtie: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, KPMG US
Lynne Doughtie is U.S. Chairman and CEO of KPMG and a member of KPMG’s
Global Board and Executive Committee.
From 2011 to 2015, Lynne served as vice chair of KPMG’s Advisory business,
establishing Advisory as the firm’s fastest growing business. She also oversaw the
expansion of KPMG’s capabilities in innovative services and solutions, including
information security, strategy, digital/mobile, and transformation. Lynne began her

Christine Norton: Global Alliance Director, ServiceNow
Christine is the Global Alliance Director for ServiceNow. In her role, she is
responsible for leading global alliance activities across KPMG member firms.
Christine has extensive knowledge and global experience in technology account
management, managed services, and business development. Her experience in
technology and services enable the continued growth of KPMG’s go-to-market
offerings across ServiceNow’s leading platform technology. Christine is also

Michelle Perkins: Director, Technology Advisory
Michelle joined KPMG in April 2018 as Director of our ServiceNow ecosystem
since 2011 and has led numerous successful ServiceNow engagements. She has
spent over 15 years in Technology and ITSM and has extensive consulting and
operational experience.
Michelle is passionate about building strong partnerships with clients to help
ensure their success. She works closely with clients to align their overall IT
strategy to the IT Operating Model to help deliver tangible improvements at
tactical and operational levels. Through years of experience working with
organizations across sectors including banking, education, media, legal and
health, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges IT organizations face
in a fast-pace change environment.
In addition to her experience with IT organization, Michelle has worked with

Carla Christofferson: Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer
As Executive Vice President, and Chief Risk Officer for DXC Technology, Carla leads the
company’s risk and security efforts. She is focused on risk management, including the ethics
and compliance function, cybersecurity preparedness, resilience and security, brand protection
initiatives and asset protection.
Carla also works to advance DXC’s enterprise-level resilience strategy to enable leaders to
respond to security and business disruptions in an efficient and consistent manner, keeping the

Carla brings significant experience in senior leadership roles. Prior to joining DXC she was at
AECOM, where she served as executive vice president and chief legal officer. Carla also led
AECOM’s risk management, IT security, physical security and safety, health & environment
departments. She oversaw the company’s legal organization globally, including litigation,
government affairs, ethics & compliance, SEC reporting, and transaction-related legal activities.
In 2015, Carla was managing partner at O’Melveny & Myers, a Los Angeles law firm. Carla is
active in Los Angeles community affairs and has served on the boards of the Los Angeles
Library Foundation and the Metropolitan YMCA. She received a law degree from Yale
University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of North Dakota.

Mary Finch: Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
As Executive Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer for DXC Technology, Mary
leads all aspects of Human Resources and employee engagement globally, including talent
development and training; employee retention and recruitment; policy, benefits and
compensation; workforce development and organization effectiveness; staffing and training; along

Maria Pardee: Senior Vice President, General Manager
Maria Pardee is DXC Technology’s Senior Vice President and General Manager for the
Workplace and Mobility offering. Before that, Maria was CSC’s vice president and
general manager of Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) Workplace and Services
Management.
Maria has held a number of management positions in global IT and consulting
companies. Most recently, she held the position of chief information officer at BT
(Retail Division) and senior vice president of global account at Alcatel-Lucent
(Enterprise Division). She has also held senior-level positions in customer
management for American Management Systems (now CGI) and KPMG
Consulting/Bearing Point. Her areas of emphasis were balance sheet transformation,
business alignment of IT and core business, and global delivery of large-scale IT
programs.
Maria holds a BA in international affairs and an MS in telecommunications from the
University of Colorado, Boulder. She spent the first 5 years of her career as a systems
analyst at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and is a frequent speaker on the IT
transformation circuit. She has been recognized as an IT leader in Computerworld and
listed in the Financial Times as one of the leading women in IT.

Kristin Slattery: Vice President, Corporate Operations
As Vice President of corporate operations for DXC Technology, Kristin Slattery is responsible
for driving improvements in company performance and efficiency, with a goal of enabling
DXC employees to focus more squarely on serving customers. Her focus is on streamlining
processes, optimizing operational execution and leading key cross-functional and
cross-regional initiatives.
A member of DCX’s senior leadership team and reporting to DXC President and CEO Mike
Salvino, Kristin spent 26 years at Accenture as a global technology and business leader. After
10 years in technology consulting, she ran operations in several of Accenture’s global and
regional businesses.
This included serving as managing director North America Geographic Operations, with
responsibility for facilities, services and digital solution - enabling 50,000 employees in the
U.S. and Canada to serve Accenture’s North America leadership committee.
An advocate for technology and culture at Accenture, Kristin led transformational programs
that showcased innovation to customers and improved the employee experience.
Kristin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S.

Lou Hunnebeck: Principal Advisor, ServiceNow Practice
Lou is the Principal Advisor for the ServiceNow Practice at DXC
Technology, a position she has held since April, 2017 and has been with the
company since February 2016.
Lou is a results-oriented specialist with over thirty years of experience in
service industries, and the last twenty in IT Professional Services.
Lou is a frequent speaker in IT Service Management (ITSM) events
including itSMF and HDI. She has served on the ITIL Senior Examiners’
Panel, developing and improving certification examinations in the global
ITIL qualification scheme.
Lou earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University.

Vini Harbola: Senior Technical Lead, ServiceNow
Vini is the Senior Technical ServiceNow lead at DXC Technology, a position
she assumed in September 2016. Before coming to DXC, Vini held the same
position at Accenture.
Vini has 9 plus years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow development
and administration with multiple end-to-end implementations at a large global
level. She has a deep understanding of the application architecture and
development lifecycle process, and has an expertise in ServiceNow tasks.

Suzanne Bouhia: Chief Communication Officer, Americas
As EY Americas Chief Communications Officer, I lead internal and external
communication for the Americas including the United States, Canada, Latin America
and Israel, working across the Regions, service lines and functions. I serve as a member
of the global communication team to build the EY brand and enhance reputation
management and employee engagement across internal and external stakeholders. I
also oversee our leadership/Chairman communication and corporate executive

Toni Clayton-Hine: Chief Marketing Officer
Toni Clayton-Hine is the chief marketing officer for EY Americas, the $15-billion professional
services firm globally known as Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Clayton-Hine is a seasoned B2B
global marketing executive who has helped companies of all sizes create revenue streams from
new markets, new offerings and new channels of distribution by combining creative ideas with
data and analytics to unlock opportunities in highly competitive markets.
Joining EY in January 2019, she is responsible for defining and implementing a strategic
marketing vision across industry sectors, geographies and service lines to drive revenue,
relationships and reputation for the firm. This includes creating and executing an integrated
marketing strategy that encompasses branding, media, experiential and digital marketing.
Prior to EY, Toni was the senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Xerox,
responsible for creating a holistic strategy, from brand to demand, to deliver profitable growth
in untapped B2B and B2B2C market segments. Her work at Xerox earned her a spot as one of
Brand Innovators’ “Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing” by creating the seven-time
award-winning “Set the Page Free” rebranding campaign that improved brand perception by
20% while capturing tens of thousands of prospects for demand generation.

Ellen Daley: Chief Executive Officer
Ellen brings more than 25 years of broad technical and management experience
across software, research, and services to Acorio. As an industry leader, Ellen’s
past firms include Deloitte, ArcStream Solutions, and Forrester Research, where

Els Demeester: Chief of Staff
Els has served as Chief of Staff since December 2018. She is an experienced international business
leader with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the technology distribution industry. Previously,
Els served as Corporate Vice President, Integration.
Els joined Tech Data through Tech Data’s acquisition of Computer 2000, where she started her
career as one of the company’s first employees in 1989. Shortly after joining Tech Data, Els became
Regional Managing Director, Benelux. In 2007, Els became VP and Regional Managing Director,
Benelux/Germany/Austria/Czech, where she drove the turnaround of German operations, while
achieving material growth in Benelux through several acquisitions. In 2012, Els returned to Benelux
as SVP, Benelux to lead the integration of recently acquired companies and innovation in the region.
Els holds a master’s degree in Micro Electronics Engineering, an Executive MBA from EISM
Business School in Brussels and is a Guberna Certified Board Director.

Arlene Quinones: Corporate Vice President, Investor Relations &
Corporate Communications
Arleen has served as Corporate Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
since July 2014. In this role, she is responsible for developing and strategically managing the content
and flow of company information to the investment community, as well as oversight of internal and
external communications that enhance Tech Data’s brand and global reputation. Previously, she served
the company as VP, Investor Relations and Shareholder Services.
Prior to joining Tech Data in 2010, Arleen served as SVP, Marketing & Communications for HD
Supply, a diversified wholesale distributor, and as VP, Investor Relations for Hughes Supply, a
wholesale distributor acquired by The Home Depot in 2006. Other positions included Director,
Investor Relations & Shareholder Services for Genuity, Inc., and 16 years in various financial roles of
increasing responsibility at GTE Corp., now known as Verizon.
Arleen holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a bachelor’s
degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jean Smith: Vice President, Customer Operations
Jean has over 30 years of leadership experience in software product development and
customer service organizations. Since joining Zenoss in 2015 as director of customer
support, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s “Customers for Life” core
value across the organization. Today, as vice president of customer operations, jean
manages the company’s customer support, professional services, training and
documentation departments, working passionately with clients to ensure long-term success
and retention.
Prior to joining Zenoss, Jean held senior management positions at IBM, Initiate Systems,
Vignette Corporation and Computer Associates International (now CA Technologies),
supporting global clients and partners across multiple enterprise verticals and delivery

Kristi as been with Zenoss since October 2012 and has advanced her
position to those of increasing responsibility to her current position of
Senior Renewals Manager, a position she began in January 2020.

of Austin, Asure Software, Austin Children’s Shelter, and Pointserve.
