The UNIfloc A 11 is designed

The unifloc A 11 can process

simultaneously.
The width of the take off unit
can be selected between
1700-2300 mm.

14. SALIENT FEATURE OF MODERN MIXER :
1. Perfect and homogeneous blending.
2. Simultaneous mixing by doubling over
an extended period of time is achieved in
the case of Aeromixer .
3. In auto mixer, stack mixing principle is
adopted and it permits a controlled
accumulation and doubling of different
layers of material and uniform thorough
blending of material is achieved (ten times
greater than conventional mixer). For

BLENDER:
The
UNIblend A 81
precision blender sets
the highest standard for
multi-component
blending with an
accuracy featuring less
than 1 % deviation. The
UNIblend A 81 enables
four different carding
lines to be supplied with
different blends.
16. A 79 UNISTORE STORAGE AND FEEDING MACHINE :
The A 79 UNIstore combined
storage, opening and cleaning
machine processes natural
and synthetic staple fibers up
to 65 mm easily and
efficiently with an output of
up to 1 200 kg/h. Two
versions are available: the A
79S serves to open the tufts,
the A 79R additionally cleans
the tufts.
