  3. 3. Problem statement It is very difficult to manage records of student attendance retrieving data is not easy.
  4. 4. Solution for problem The existing student attendance database management system requires correct data input into the field suppose the wrong inputs are entered so database management refuses to work so the user finds it difficult to use. So I will make database management that is easy to access and retrieval of data should be an easy task for the user.

Access rights for the admin and users Admin:-Have rights to manage student details, add new students, Assign each student c_id, etc and help faculty and student.  Student:-Student does log in, view student detail, and see profile and attendance detail also. Faculty:-Faculty have the right to add students, view student details, and take attendance of student
  7. 7. Conceptual modeling This model will be based on 3-tier architecture. The student management system is managed by an administrator. It is the job of the administrator to insert updates and monitor the whole process. When a user logs in to the system. He/she .would only view details of the student
