Couldn't see the image; I think i know the problem, as I was having the same
Problem. Here is what Cramster suggested: ----------------------------------------------------- Your
problem appears to be browser-related. The first potential quick fix is to open the “Tools” menu
in your browser and select “Internet Options.” Then, we advise you to clear your cookies and
temporary internet files. then, additionally, do the following as well: Click the START button to
the lower left-hand corner of the screen Select "Run" Type "%temp%" Click “OK” Delete all
the files and folders that appear in a separate new window If none of these solutions work, please
reply to this email with further information on the problem you are facing. What are the steps we
