Types of Fat
 Nowadays belly fat is a common problem all over
the world. This problem is increasing day by day.
We have to know how to burn belly fat.
Belly fat consists of two different types of fat.
• Subcutaneous fat: It lies under the skin and stored
in the way of six- pack.
• Visceral fat: It is a firmer fat that expands your
middle and surrounds your internal organs.
Different types of exercise
We can lose these fats by different types of exercise.
And for exercise, we can go to Gym. There are
different types of exercise. Some Gym exercises are
described below. Following this exercise, we can
reduce our belly fat.
 Cardio exercise
 Strength Training
 Metabolic Circuits
 Elliptical trainer
Cardio exercise
 Our body converts this storage fat to fatty acids and
glycerol and it isn't readily available for use as fuel.
 These changes of fat stores, when our bodies don’t
lose any energy
 It's easily mobilized for this reason our body usually
reaches for visceral fat.
 The best way to slim down our belly fat is to do
plenty of cardiovascular exercises.

 Bicycling
 Jogging
 Aerobics
 Swimming
 Walking

45 calories.

lifting, and about 20
times as much as those
who only lifted weights.

your abdominal, lower
back, and oblique
muscles while shedding
tons of calories in the
process.

than does fat tissue
