  person in the company demonstrating
leadership behavior – regardless of their
position – the more quickly you will lead
                  the field.
FORMAL AUTHORITY MORAL AUTHORITY

Formal authority can be Moral authority is having the
thought of as the right to personal credibility with
command or compel your target group that
another person to perform makes your words
a certain act. persuasive to them.

I am right, he is wrong.

   I made a mistake.

I am afraid that I will fail.

I am In-charge, he is executor.
I am boss, you are subordinate.
I am senior, he is junior.
I am responsible for the project.
He is not performing well.

      He is not well prepared.
       He is not committed.
He is not fit for the job.
He made the entire situation a mess.
  He jeopardized the entire team.
Tension, Frustration, Conflicts, Depression,
  Disputes, Resentment, Dissatisfaction,
    Unpleasant conditions, etc. etc. etc.
We are not performing well.
     We are not committed.
   We are not well prepared.
    We are not working well.
         We have won.
We are responsible for the project.
We are responsible for the results.
       We are successful.

Egoless
We are not human beings
  on spiritual journey,
 we are spiritual beings
   on human journey
He who has never learnt to obey, can not be
              a commander.

                   Aristotle
We see the world
not as it is but as we are.
        Paradigms
When we are not independent;
we are dependent on others.

We are controlled / managed
by others not by ourselves.
Is someone else’s opinion of me is more
important than my opinion of me?
We have control on our thoughts, but we
have no control on the thoughts of
others, and should not try to.
Love and respect yourself first and the love
and respect of others will follow.
When you are on purpose
       you are independent
of the good opinion of the others.
I do care and respect
the opinion of a good number of people,
it is just the case that
I do not run my life
         to seek their approval.
The people who receive the most approval
in life are the ones who care the least
                    about it.
If we remain dependent on external factors
to feel approved of, then we will always be
            emotionally vulnerable.

Our self-esteem would be in the hands of
things that we have very little control over.
This kind of situation fosters a needy,
       helpless, dependent mindset.
To feel truly good about ourselves as a
person, we must eliminate internal conflict.
If we are not living in harmony with what we
believe to be right and just, we will not be
            at peace with ourselves.

No matter how hard our conscious mind
tries to justify things, on a deep emotional
           level there will be conflict.
Be willing
Detachment is not indifference. It is about
acting with a commitment to the future
      while focusing on the present.
Let Go Let God
Empower the outside
Attach with the higher value
I am detached
When you are inspired by some great
 purpose, some extraordinary project,
 all your thoughts break their bonds;
Your mind transcends limitations,
your consciousness expands in every
direction, and you find yourself in a
   new, great and wonderful world.
Dormant forces, faculties and talents
become alive, and you discover yourself to
be a great person by are than you ever
        dreamed yourself to be.
Inspire
Others
The practice of being or
the capability to be sympathetic and
            compassionate.
To be kind to understand what we have in
common and that we are the seeds of
            same loving universe.
If you have to choose between being right or
        being kind, always choose kind.
"Do you know what is better than charity and
fasting and prayer? It is keeping peace
and good relations between people, as
       quarrels and bad feelings destroy
                   mankind."
                 (Muslims & Bukhari)
Act of Kindness.
The state of being grateful;
warm and friendly feeling toward a
            benefactor.
Gratitude is more than a feeling of
thankfulness in response to receiving a
tangible gift or a gesture of kindness.
It is a conscious choice to focus on life’s
blessings rather than on its shortcomings.
Every event in life, both good and bad,
becomes an opportunity to learn, to
grown and to expand our capacity to love.
Balancing Act
to reduce depression, tension, fear
Live in the life full of gratitude
The habit of giving freely without expecting
              anything in return.
Partake of a big consciousness that admits
prosperity, abundance and wealth to all.
Generosity comes from internal discipline
and not by any external force.
Sometimes it may be easier to suffer with a
friend, to help someone who is less
fortunate, than to share their happiness.
Generosity of spirit
Most people do not listen with the intent to
understand, they listen with the intent to
reply. They’re either speaking or preparing
   to speak. They’re filtering everything
through their own paradigms, reading with
  autobiography into other people’s lives.

  Evaluation, Probing, Advising, Interpreting.
Fully, deeply, understand the person,
     emotionally as well as intellectually.

Listen with the eyes for feeling.

10% of our communication is represented by
the words we say. Another 30% is
represented by our sounds, and 60% by our
              body language.
Shut down internal dialogues.

  Reduce turmoil in the life.
Forget the past and work to create the
             happy future.
       Identify your strengths.
    Overcome your weaknesses.
         Discipline yourself.
Live a life of passion
Talk from your heart authentically and be
               enthusiastic.

 Passionate, truthful communication is
           always inspiring.
Be Truthful
Forgiveness is letting go of the need for
revenge and releasing negative thoughts
      of bitterness and resentment
Forgiveness is the act of unchaining yourself
from thoughts and feelings that bid you to
an offense, imagined or real, committed
                 against you.
Forgiveness is unchaining from the past as
there is no future in the past.
When we forgive, we release the control and
power of the offending person and stop
             playing the victim.
Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness
forces you to grow beyond what you were.
                Cherie Carter-Scott
Life either expands or contracts in direct
proportion to your courage to forgive.
Forgiveness is not a gift we give to others.
Forgiveness is a gift we give to ourselves.
Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves.
THANKYOU VERY MUCH
FOR LISTENING AND BEING HERE.
      GOD BLESS YOU ALL

  1. To be attached means to be powerless because what you attach yourself to, you give your power to it. When you look to outside sources to bring you fulfillment, you are giving your power away. When you are looking to something outside yourself for power and happiness, you are making something other than your true self your source. Detach knowing that whatever you detach from has no power over you, but you have complete power over it.
  2. Let go and let God. Anything you want can be acquired through detachment, because detachment is based on resting in the complete grace of God and knowing that He is always working everything through you and together for your greatest good. To be detached is to realize that everything good is from God and nothing at all is from you. It is God doing it through you and the other elements in your reality so there’s nothing to hold on to as your own, all you have to do is to have the right beliefs and let God do it.
