Why do we have to do this? Welded sounds have more than one sounds but we glue them together to make it easier to read and spell them. Read & tap: blind, child, cold, scold, host

WORD/S: wind It can mean two things, and can be read in two different ways. wind = moving air; read with the short /i/; how do we spell it using the sound cards? wind = turn, twist; read with the long /i/; how do we spell it using the sound cards?
