  2. 2. Page | 1 The Law of Attraction May 30, 2018 After watching an inspiring and unique video called the Law of Attraction conducted on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, this video advices us on building, developing and growing passionate communities with daily inspiration and the tools that we can use to unlock health, wealth and happiness. I think that it is absolutely one of the secret mirrors which can be consideredas an incredible and good experience in order to reflect on what I have done so far, and I personally believe that more or less it will give more benefits to all of the students after watching this video, especially the students who are currently learning in this PUC’s community. Bellows are some of the principals I have learnt from that inspiring video, Law of Attraction on that day (Byrne, 2006). Principle #1:“LIKEATTRACTS LIKE” In this principle, I have learnt that people with a low frequency may be insecure and self-abandoning; as the result, they most likely attract each other while people who are with a high frequency, love and value also most likely attract each other. What I mean is “good people attract good people while people who are not very good attract their peers”. And for sure, people who are positive, open, secure, giving, caring and kind to themselves and others are not attracted to people who are closed, negative and needy of approval and attention. Let’s pause a bit and ask ourselves aquestion whetherwe are kindof people attractingpeople who are positive, open, secure, giving, caring and kind or we aren’t yet. But if we are not that good yet,we still can learn how to take emotional responsibility. Here are some of the following tips or ideas which can help us from a low frequency people: o Learn how to take loving action in your own behalf rather than expecting others to do this for you. o Learn how to access a spiritual source of love rather than expect someone else to be your higher power. o Learn how to be present in yourbody rather than stuck in yourmindavoiding your feelings. o Be open to learning about what your sympatheticand love feelings are telling you rather than protecting against them with various addictions and self- judgments (Paul, 2012).

Page | 2 Principle #2:“FEELINGGOOD” In one scene of this inspiring video, I saw a woman woke up in a bad mood because of the alarm clock; she then bumped into a table; next she brushed her teeth without toothpaste. She was really frustrated and had bad mood in that morning. What’s abad day forher! Through the consequences above, that means The Law of Attraction is responding to her negative emotions by bringing her more negative situations. In contrast, with the same situation, she also can switch her situation to be good by using her good mood because she believes that whatever happens, it has its own solution, so she keeps calm, maintains her feeling, smile and starts finding the solution. According to Joe Vitale, Author and Speaker, he stated that… “It’s really important that you feel good. Because this feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to you. So, the more you can feel good, the more you will attract the things that help you feel good and that will keep bringing you up higher and higher.” 1 Overall, feelinggood means that we need to attend to both our thoughts and our physical bodies. Our ability to have positive emotions and take positive actions comes directly from our thoughts, and our thoughts are often deeply affected by what is going on in our physical body. Principle #3:“FUNK” The word “FUNK” means beingvery unhappy and without hope.In everyday life, we sometimes face obstacles orunexpected things. For sure, those serious things might not be avoided in our lives, but we have to believe that every obstacle has its own solution, and we have to tell ourselves that we are able to overcome that by changing our mood, and we have the power to do that. But if we still find ourselves in a “funk,” we can simply switch our thoughts to do something that makes ourselves happy. Here are the followingtips which can help us from funk (Schulman, 2017): 1. Use motion to improve your mood 2. Put yourself together 3. Watch a funny movie 4. Listen to upbeat music 5. Exercise when you’re down and depressed 1 https://mental-health-matters.com/law-of-attraction-the-importance-of-feeling-good/
  4. 4. Page | 3 6. Meditate, or 7. Give long hugs with someone you love Principle #4:“DELIBERATECREATION” In this principle, I have learnt that “Deliberate Creation” is a science to deliberately creating what we desire in our lives within our power. And for sure, when we do something with our desire or passion, we will do with compassion, commitment and attention. More or less, we can produce a better result comparing to other tasks without desire or passion. From this inspiring video, here are the following foursteps we are able do to bring the reality to our lives: 1. Get clear about what you do want; 2. Identify what you don’t want; 3. Feel what it would be like to have those things, and 4. Allow the Universe to bring those things to us. When I go through this principle, Deliberate Creation, it has reminded me of a book called Napoleon Hill’s Keys to Positive Thinking also saying that in order to lead us to what we want, we have to keepour mind on the things we want and off the things we don’t want (Michael J. Rith, 1999). Principle #5:“ABSENCEOF DOUBT” To what I have learnt from this inspiring video, “doubt” means lack of belief, a lack of trust that we will receive the things we ask for, and in case we have any doubt that what we want will manifest, this will delay the Law of Attraction from bringing it to us. So, the question is that what we should do in order to solve this issue. Just keep it short and simple by saying no to “doubt”; always clarify the direction and ask for counseling or confirmation of what you are not clear; then find ways to make it possible. When we believe that we can “have it,” that means we have no doubt in receiving it. In conclusion, all principles that I have learnt from this video are really useful and meaningful formy workingand daily life. Those principles can be considered as good resources for the future of thoughts, and I believe that it can be one of good tools to sharpen myself to be better and the best. Last but not least, if we are seeking a good relationship with others, we have to have positive thinking, open mind, sympathy, secure, giving, caring, kind to others and learn how to love ourselves rather than continue to abandon ourselves.
