Faculty of physics , sardar patel school , science
department , bhavnagar.
Mr. Darshan joshi.
 He has an experience of 4 years.
 First he was working in as a employ in bank.
 But he was not internally satisfied with his job.
 During that time he got the opportunity to
work in the teaching field.
 First he was a professor in secondary section of
an international school.
 Then he joint the science department of sardar
patel school.
 There is a major role of a teacher in the
development of a student .
 He had completed his bsc and msc in such a
subject that was totally boring for him in 11
and 12 and in which he got least marks.
 That is because of his faculty of physics in
Bsc first year which made him love physics.
 So he compares faculty as ` Khumbhar ` and
student as ` pot `.
 That the student should be eagerly waiting
for his lecture
 He should create such a interest in the
student that he should be constantly
thinking about that days topic.
 The main thing is to grow interest in the
student about the subject , and ensure that
all student are able to understand the topic.
 And along with knowledge related to the
syllabus , he should also guide student in
their social and family life.
 First he will guide his junior in the
right direction.
 If still he does not work then he
would find the reason behind that ,
and try to make him overcome form
his reason.
 If still it is carried out then at that time
being strict is the most effective way.
 He failed to pass his 12 exam first time.
 At that time he was having the fear that he was not
capable of passing science field.
 But event how he did not quit and was able to pass
the exam in the second try.
 He had not completed his Msc eventhough when
his juniors , juniors were with him.
 He was very much critisized by his parents and was
forced to leave studies.
 But he didn,t quit and carried out and completed
his masters.
 I cannot tell the higher authorities that
I am right and they are wrong.
 But I can convience them just by
working.
 If I feel that I am right , then I will
keep on working.
 And by seeing my work they will
analyze that my work is right.
 There are many such example for like this.
 He thinks that because of the talks of his
faculties which he implemented in his life he is at
this post.
 His faculty use to say that give smile to every
person to whom you have to meet every day in
routine schedule.
 So that when any time you need help of them ,
they will be remembering you.
 My one teacher use to say that `shine where ever
you are`.
 This tells us that sometimes we do not get the
platform which we require , so no matter
wherever we are , always work effectively and
honestly.
 He says , both , but he also says that..
 When you have internal satisfaction , it means
that you are happy with your job and you like
your job.
 So when are in the field which we like , then
automatically we will make progress in that
field.
 And so this will bring to us external
happiness.
 My short term vision is to develop such a
qualities of teaching in myself and in my other
collegues , so that they are capable of grabing
the interest of the students in their subject.
 My long term vision is to work In such a way
that more and more students get attracted
towards science.
 An along with giving knowledge related to
subject to the students , we should also give
train students for their social and family life.
 I take any problem as a mission for me.
 I believe in purpose vision.

  • 1. Faculty of physics , sardar patel school , science department , bhavnagar. Mr. Darshan joshi.
  • 2.  He has an experience of 4 years.  First he was working in as a employ in bank.  But he was not internally satisfied with his job.  During that time he got the opportunity to work in the teaching field.  First he was a professor in secondary section of an international school.  Then he joint the science department of sardar patel school.
  • 3.  There is a major role of a teacher in the development of a student .  He had completed his bsc and msc in such a subject that was totally boring for him in 11 and 12 and in which he got least marks.  That is because of his faculty of physics in Bsc first year which made him love physics.  So he compares faculty as ` Khumbhar ` and student as ` pot `.
  • 4.  That the student should be eagerly waiting for his lecture  He should create such a interest in the student that he should be constantly thinking about that days topic.  The main thing is to grow interest in the student about the subject , and ensure that all student are able to understand the topic.  And along with knowledge related to the syllabus , he should also guide student in their social and family life.
  • 5.  First he will guide his junior in the right direction.  If still he does not work then he would find the reason behind that , and try to make him overcome form his reason.  If still it is carried out then at that time being strict is the most effective way.
  • 6.  He failed to pass his 12 exam first time.  At that time he was having the fear that he was not capable of passing science field.  But event how he did not quit and was able to pass the exam in the second try.  He had not completed his Msc eventhough when his juniors , juniors were with him.  He was very much critisized by his parents and was forced to leave studies.  But he didn,t quit and carried out and completed his masters.
  • 7.  I cannot tell the higher authorities that I am right and they are wrong.  But I can convience them just by working.  If I feel that I am right , then I will keep on working.  And by seeing my work they will analyze that my work is right.
  • 8.  There are many such example for like this.  He thinks that because of the talks of his faculties which he implemented in his life he is at this post.  His faculty use to say that give smile to every person to whom you have to meet every day in routine schedule.  So that when any time you need help of them , they will be remembering you.  My one teacher use to say that `shine where ever you are`.  This tells us that sometimes we do not get the platform which we require , so no matter wherever we are , always work effectively and honestly.
  • 9.  He says , both , but he also says that..  When you have internal satisfaction , it means that you are happy with your job and you like your job.  So when are in the field which we like , then automatically we will make progress in that field.  And so this will bring to us external happiness.
  • 10.  My short term vision is to develop such a qualities of teaching in myself and in my other collegues , so that they are capable of grabing the interest of the students in their subject.  My long term vision is to work In such a way that more and more students get attracted towards science.  An along with giving knowledge related to subject to the students , we should also give train students for their social and family life.
  • 11.  I take any problem as a mission for me.  I believe in purpose vision.
