Squaring Tricks- Special Trick
Step1:Take a number.For example
, take number 29;write like this:

Step 2: Add ones digit of the
lower
Number to the upper 2 digits.

Step3: Multiply tens digit of
the lower number to the
product got.

Step3:Now,multiply 10 to the
new result so formed.

of the lower number to ones
digit of the upper number
and keep aside the
previous product. Add the
numbers.

Using Multiplying technique
1.Take a number,e.g, 196.
2.Divide the number by 2.(98)
3.Find the square of this number
using the previous trick.
4.Then,multiply the square number
by 4

Multiplication of 2 numbers
differing by 2(within 100)
1.take two numbers and
multiply them , like 24 x 26.
2.Take the middle number i.e.,25.
3.Square 25 and subtract 1 from
it.
4.(25x 25) – (1)=625-1
