Material HD1029
HD1029 is a kind of special reins which new designed physical foam insulation
material,mainly used in the physical foaming for cable insulation reference to coaxial
cables,communication cables and signal calbes.
HD1029 has a high electrical properties due to its high purification degree and low
ash content;the multi-compounds of HD,LD,LLD make HD1029 has a good physical
machenical properties and high melt strength;symmetry crystal structure make the
cellular more rigorous;the mixing concetration could adjust according to the
operators,little dusty would caused when you using HD1029.

The above specifications are just for reference,users can adjust the the temperatures
softly according to the parameters of different machines in operations.
In case of the cellular becoming large in the extruders,should keep the right pressure
in operations,there would be air gap and air cellular when the pressure is not
enough.Different choosing of screen meshes,mold cores and model kits can influence
the working effects.
