Greatest Invention Essays
What is the greatest invention of all time?
Throughout time there have been lots of new inventions which have both hindered and helped
everyday life with humans. There are many different possible world's greatest inventions because
they have all helped out humankind in some way, some more than others.
I think that the greatest invention of all time is Harnessed Electricity. Some may argue that this was
not an invention it was a discovery but although electricity itself was a discovery there was still the
invention of had to use it and what it could be used for. I think that electricity is very important to
human life because it would be nearly impossible to do anything we do today. If we didn't have
electricity a lot of things would...show more content...
I believe that the use of electricity in healthcare is more important than the use of penicillin because
of the x–rays, MRI scans, life support machines, cat scans, ultrasound, surgery lighting, heart rate
monitors, incubators and loads of other much needed specialist equipment. This equipment has
over the years helped to save millions of lives and although penicillin helps to treat the odd few
illnesses it doesn't help to run a well equipped hospital which saves even more lives with the billions
of people who visit a hospital every year.
Without electricity there would be no light and it would constantly be dark from around 4pm ever
day. This would restrict most people from doing things because as soon as it was dark they would
have to go to bed because there would be no lighting. Nobody could go out after dark as there
would be no street lights on the roads and houses would have to be lit by candle light which
wouldn't give of the strength of light that a light bulb does now. Yet again it would be exactly like
living in the dark ages.

What makes a good teacher? Essay
In my opinion, a good teacher should be one who puts her heart into teaching. This is because
only by doing so will the students feel their passion and hard work. When a teacher strives hard
for the students, students will put in their effort as well. If a teacher dislikes her job, goes to
classes in a bad mood, her teaching would also be affected and students would not be able to enjoy
lessons as well.
Another point that makes a good teacher would be his/her patience. Teachers should not get upset or
even worse, give up on the students who are not so strong in their studies. Instead, they should have
the patience to slowly coach them, give them extra lessons, and find different ways to encourage
them. Let them know that the teacher...show more content...
It would be better if the teacher is able to find common topics to chat with the students. This would
let the students feel like they can relate better to the teacher.
"You must not give up. I want to let you know that even if you're facing so many problems, and
feel like there's no one to talk to, I'll be here for you. Everyone else might want to be the sun that
lights up your life, but I rather be the moon that guides you through your darkest hours. Let's strive
hard and work toward our goal together!" This was what my high school teacher told me 10 years
ago and I have remembered it until now, and will remember it for the next 10 years and so on.
I was once a problematic kid who mixed with bad company and flunk tests. I never thought about
what I was going to do the next day, what more when I grew up. Of course when I was younger, I
had lots of dreams. I wanted to set up my own company, I wanted to be a teacher, I wanted to be
able to drive an airplane and the list went on. But as the years went by, they became less
insignificant to me and soon, I forgot every single one of those dreams and goals. I got to a new
school and knew friends who smoke and took drugs. My grades started dropping from "A" to fails.
But I did not care. I could not be bothered by then. I went partying every night and got home drunk.
What was the point of studying? My parents are

Persuasive Essay On Suicide
In today's society, suicide can be a multifaceted issue, sometimes an act of heroism, selfishness,
love, or a brave choice. I am arguing against suicide because it is not a solution to a problem, it
should not even be included as an option. Suicide is simply defined as "the deliberate taking of
one's own life, usually the result of a psychiatric disorder, although sometimes deliberated in the face
of life–threatening physical illness, significant interpersonal stress, or when under the influence of
one or more substances of abuse" (Piotrowski). This topic interests me because of the fact that the
rates are increasing year after year and it can happen to someone close to me at any moment. This
topic should interest you too because someone close to you can show warning signs, which can be
subtle or more discernible. Also if you are reading this as a parent, you should know "suicide is the
third leading cause of death for those between the ages of ten and fourteen, and it is the second
leading cause of death for those ages fifteen to thirty–four" (Goff). Yet the factors that play into a
someone's decision is anything but simple. The most obvious and severe effect of suicide is the loss
of a meaningful, valuable human life. "In the United States in 2013, according to the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 41,149 individuals committed suicide and approximately
494,169 received medical treatment for self–inflicted injuries. The World Health Organization
(WHO) reported an estimated 800,000 suicides worldwide in 2016, and suicide is the second
leading cause of death among fifteen– to twenty–nine–year–olds worldwide. Women attempt suicide
more often than men, but men complete suicide more often than women because men tend to use
more lethal means, such as a firearm" (Piotrowski). With suicide rates on a continuous rise in
America, society must ask what can be done to save lives.
The main argument against suicide is that it is selfish, which is true. By you killing yourself, it
causes a lot of pain to those left behind, like your family, loved ones, friends, etc. They tend to
blame themselves for your death. Even if you feel like nobody in the whole world cares about you,
you are wrong. When you think

Penny Argumentative Essay
The penny debate has been going on for many years. Many people want to get rid of the penny, but
others want to keep the penny. We should keep the penny. The penny is a benefit in our society.
The United States needs the penny today so they can get exact change. If someone owed three
cents how do they pay it? The person would need a nickel, but they wouldn't get two cents back in
change. People would have more coins of higher value. If someone bought something for $1.97 they
wouldn't get change back, because there would be no pennies.
If the United States gets rid of the penny charities and fundraisers would have a harder time raising
money. Charities and fundraisers usually raise hundreds of dollars from pennies. People usually give

Should we all become vegetarians? Essay
Should all people become vegetarians ?
As we can now observe, vegetarianism has become something fashionable, and the number of
people who reject eating meat is constantly increasing. In Britain, for instance, over 5 million
people have done it so far. It is obviously connected with the recent animal diseases, but this
tendency is likely to spread on the other regions of the world. However, it is not only a fashion or
fear of illnesses. I myself became a vegetarian about 2 years ago, and I can see a number of reasons
why people should stop eating meat. They are mainly of ethic, economic and health type. Those who
think in an ecological way should also be aware of how this meat consumption ruins our
environment. I don't have an intention...show more content...
Life of such animal is full of pain and fear. It is a sad truth that nobody thinks about it while eating
pork–chops. People often consider animals as a still matter, not living creatures.
It also needs to be pointed out that meat production industry is highly unfriendly to the
environment. It has been proved that the results of this mindless actions are extremely harmful to
the whole planet: trees are lost in creating farms for animal food, land is taken away from wildlife,
additional erosion is caused, topsoil is lost, groundwater is wasted, and pesticide is excessively
used. In fact, one chicken farm uses as much water as a little city. Few may know that this industry,
compared to others, causes the biggest pollution at all.
One cannot omit the fact that there are some global economical problems caused by mass meat
consumption, such as starvation. Cattle are fed soybeans, corn, and other grains that could be
eaten directly by people. You can feed a cow 16 pounds of food, and only one pound becomes
meat that people can eat. The other 15 pounds are waste. It has been proved that decreasing global
meat production by 10% would allow us to feed additional 60 million people. I am convinced that it
is a strong argument why all people should become vegetarians.
On the other hand, some may

Minecraft Essay
Minecraft is a game where the player uses their imagination to shape the world around them using
the resources they find. In the world everything is shaped like a block or a cube, this includes the
trees, the dirt, the water, the clouds, even the sun, everything. This simple game hasn't even been
released yet but has already sold over one million copies. Minecraft was created by one man,
Markus "Notch" Persson, and this is his story. What makes the story of Minecraft so unique is that
it was created by Notch and only Notch. Notch had a job before Minecraft, working on games for a
company. He started to work on Minecraft in his free time but after a giant popularity spike he
realized that it could be a hit, so he quit his job and began...show more content...
The game sells around 10,000 copies per day. It has become a cultural phenomenon and on
January 12, 2011 sales passed the one million mark, but they continued to rise. With popularity
increasing, big name comics like "Penny Arcade" and "Hejibits" discovered the game too and
published comic strips about minecraft, leading to even further sales. Minecraft makes $250,000
a day and continues to do so. On June 13, 2011, Minecraft passed 2.5 million sales. Today Mojang
has 10 employees. Markus Persson, Jens Bergensten, Daniel Kaplan, Junkboy, Jakob Porser, Carl
Manneh, Tobias Mollstam, Aron Neiminen, Daniel Frisk, and Daniel Rosenfeld. These few
people make up the team that continues to work towards Minecraft's future. But with so few
employees things take time. Even though the game has not been officially released, people who
buy the game get a copy of what it is right now as the updates are being pushed out. With such
success Mojang is the target of some heavy criticism from blogs, critics, and even their own fans.
One speculation from fans is that Minecraft will be the company's 1 hit wonder. What happens if it
truly is a one hit wonder? Will the company go down under? Will it be the end of Mojang? Will
they join a publisher in order to stay afloat and lose their title of "indie?" Another speculation
concerns Mojang's next game that has absolutely nothing to do with Minecraft, not even in the same
genre. What if nobody likes the game? What

How Media Influences Public Opinion Essay
Abstract In our democratic society, mass media is the driving force of public opinion. Media sources
such as Internet, newspaper, news–broadcasts, etc, play significant roles in shaping a person's
understanding and perception about the events occurred in our daily lives. As long as the
newspapers, internet, network television, etc, continued to be easily accessible to the public, the
media will continue to have an influence in shaping its opinions. Factors such as agenda–setting,
framing and priming help shape the public opinions. Agenda–setting is when the media focuses their
attention on selected issues on which the public will form opinion on, whereas framing allows the
media to select certain aspects about the problem and then...show more content...
Researches performed over the years have indicated that media methods such as agenda–setting,
priming, and framing are important factors in influencing and shaping of public opinion.
Agenda–setting is one of the most important factors in shaping public opinion. Agenda–setting can
be defined as the ability of the media to direct public attentions toward the issues they believe are
important to the public. But whose choice is it that determines which issues are more important over
others? The news media can set an agenda–setting by focus attention on selected issues on which the
public will form opinions from (McCombs). The media can paint a memory in your head by
repeatedly repeating the issues on different media sources as Internet, network televisions,
newspapers, etc. Since these sources are the cheapest and easiest to access, the information can
be view by vast number of audiences. As quoted in a 1922 classic called "Public Opinion" by
Walter Lippmann, "The media are a primary source of those pictures in our heads about the larger
world of public affairs, a world that for most citizens is 'out of reach, out sight, out of mind' and
what we know about the world is largely based on what the media decide to tell us" (McCombs). In
other words, what we perceived as important issues in our society are mainly determined by what the

Opinion on the Death Penalty Essay
Opinion on the Death Penalty
The death penalty, also referred to as capital punishment, has been abolished in Canada since 1976,
but still exist in a few American States. The last execution in Canada took place in 1962.
I disagree with the death penalty for several reasons. My first reason is that I find it extremely
inhumane to take someone's life in order to demonstrate the power of the law. Another reason for
my disapproval of the death penalty, is the amount of money that it takes to put someone to death,
as it would cost the same to keep an inmate in jail for life, as it would to put that same inmate to
death. My third and final reason, is the guilty conscience that is placed on everyone involved: the
jury who convicted...show more content...
Therefore, I do not feel that Canada should permit such a deplorable undertaking of a human life. I
know they must be punished, but there is a better way.
Prior to putting someone to death, the accused's lawyer will attempt several appeals to the courts in
order to lengthen the amount of time he has to live; and dependent on a technicality, or a
sympathetic jury, the accused may be sentenced to life imprisonment. These appeals take up an
abundance of court time and cost the public millions of dollars. With the cost of these appeals, it
would cost the same amount to keep the same inmate in jail for a life term.
Would it not be better for the inmate to perhaps obtain an education or be given the chance to
rehabilitate, rather than strapped to a chair and killed ??? I personally would rather see the inmate
suffer in prison and have nothing to look forward to rather than letting the government put him out
of his misery by killing him. To sentence someone to death takes one trial but to actually get some
one in the chair to kill them could take a dozen of trials. The question must be asked why do we
bother with this lengthy and costly process when we could sentence people to life in prison, at the
same cost.
The killing of a human being is very traumatizing to all. Whenever the courts issue someone to death,
the innocent everyday people who are involved must be affected. Just imagine how these normal
human beings, like you and I,

Watching TV is Bad for Children (Argumentative Essay)
Today, people of different races and generations become victims of TV addiction. Some people
watch television because they want to be updated about what is happening in the world. They want
to be aware and get connected with different people all around the globe. Nowadays, not only adults
and teenagers, but also children, get hooked on television. Because of the busy world people are
living in today, parents do not have time to take care and look after their children at all times
anymore. Therefore, children have more freedom to do whatever they want, and in this case, watch
whatever TV show they want – be it classified as GP, PG–13, or even R–18. It can not be avoided
that children...show more content...
(What the Researchers Are Saying, n.d.) It may lead children to be anti–social and not want to be out
in the real world anymore. Children will think that what victims on TV have experienced will also
happen to them. Most children also have a hard time distinguishing fantasy from reality that is why
watching TV causes trauma on children.
Television causes trauma on children, otherwise, desensitization. They will think thatviolence is
acceptable and just normal in society. According to Cline, Croft, and Courrier in their 1973 study,
people, especially children who are exposed to media violence, tend to be less disturbed when they
witness real world violence, and have less sympathy for its victims. (What the Researchers Are
Saying, n.d.) Media violence will cause the children to overestimate their risk of being victimized by
crime, believe their community is unsafe, and assume that the crime rate is increasing even when it
is not. (What the Researchers Are Saying, n.d.)
On the other hand, there are also studies by Andre Gosselin, Jacques de Guise and Guy Paquette in
1997 that show that watching television does not cause viewers to be fearful, but even cause them
to be happier and more optimistic about life. (What the Researchers Are Saying, n.d.) That may be
true for some, but researches of Professors Singer, Slovak, Frierson, and York in

Reflection Paper On Politics
Reflecting about what I think and talk about most often, usually consists of politics and my future.
I often think and talk about politics because I want others to be aware of the pressing issues in
society, I am concerned about politics and I have a desire to learn about what shapes my political
beliefs. As a political science major, I discuss politics with pretty much anyone who wants to listen
because it is important for everyone to have a basic understanding about government and the issues
in society. our current political system, I a generally concerned about the lasting effects of the

While I would love to plan my future, I understand that God is the writer of my life story. Once I
have faith in God to take hold the reigns of my life, only then can I be truly happy and satisfied.
Optimistically speaking, I am excited about what the future holds and what I can do to make a
lasting difference in the world.
Typically, my time is spent either working on schoolwork or going on adventures with friends. The
fact that I spend a large amount of time doing homework shows, in terms of my worldview, that; I
value my education, I do not want to let my family down and that I have a passion to learn. My
father is a fifth–grade teacher so from an early age I had been taught to value my education. Since
education was clearly something that my father valued, I adopted his value as my own and even
his expectations. At times, my friends and family do not understand why I am stressed out all the
time. Over the years, I developed an innate skill of putting a ton of pressure on myself to do well.
Ever since I can remember, I have had a passion to learn about social sciences and history. Being
at Whitworth, I am surrounded by people who have a passion to learn which makes me a better
student. At times, I give up. But my friends push me to keep going and pursue my passion. Like
most students, I place a high priority on doing schoolwork even if that means staying up past
midnight to complete it. At this point in my life, my real purpose is to study and achieve

Argumentative Essay About Anime
Do you watch cartoons? I do. Not bugs bunny; I'm talking about anime. Do you know what that is?
Anime is, simply put, animation that's made in Japan. I'll give you some examples of anime that
you might know. Speed Racer, Hello Kitty, Pokemon, RoboTech, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and
a lot of the cartoons you find on Cartoon Network qualify as well, particularly Adult Swim.
Thankfully our country has gotten the rights to translate the stories from Japanese to English,
because the storylines in anime are really good. Often they're better than what Hollywood shovels
into your brain.
That's basically what anime is. Now let's talk about what it's not.
Anime is not a genre; it's an art form; a medium. From now on I want you to think of anime as
being equated with movies, books, music, etc; all the entertainment media. Just like you have movies
for kids, movies for teens, adults, so it is with anime.
All your entertainment comes in 31 flavors, right? Comedy, horror, drama, suspense, action, etc.
You file similar movies on the same shelf in the store, don't you? But you shouldn't be putting all
anime on the same shelf because anime is not a genre. It's a medium, like movies are a medium,
like books are a medium. A medium can have any genre of entertainment in it; well so can anime.
Anime is not all sex and violence as some people will tell you. When I hear someone say that anime
is sex and violence, that immediately tells me that they watched probably one particular anime show

Essay on Opinion on Abortion
Opinion on Abortion
My own opinion of abortion is very varied. There are so many different reasons for abortions.
Every woman who has had one will have had reasons. I am sure they wouldn't have decided in a
few minutes that they were going to abort their baby. They would have thought long and hard
about what to do. I put myself in the position of someone else. If I got pregnant now would I
really be able to keep it. I would, for one, have to stop school and miss out on the education I
would need to bring up a child. I probably wouldn't be able to cope with the emotional pressures
and cope with the pain of giving birth. It all seems so easy before you see it through someone else's
eyes. Women...show more content...
Today, abortion is illegal in very few countries–even those with religious beliefs and traditions.
During the 1960s and 1970s many governments relaxed their abortion laws and made it easier for
women to terminate unwanted pregnancies. In a few countries such as the Soviet Union abortion is
seen as an alternative to contraception. In China women are forced to have abortions because of the
one–child–per–family policy. This policy is aimed at reducing the country's overpopulation problems.
Reasons for abortions with different circumstances
If you are thinking that there are no valid reasons for abortion, just imagine a fourteen year old girl
who has been raped. How can she be expected to get on with her life and ever recover if she has a
baby? How can she receive a full education? Every time she looks at the baby, she will be reminded
of her terrible experience.
In some countries, for example, Russia and China, there is an absence of family planning. Abortion
is used as a form of birth control. In Russia, a woman has on average four or five abortions in her
lifetime. In China there are over ten million abortions annually. I think that the amount of money
spent on abortions in these countries could be better spent on promoting contraceptives and family
planning. I do not agree

Argumentative Essay On Eating Disorders
Mariah Raveling Ms. Frehse English 3.3 6 Oct. 2017 Eating Disorders Around 10–15% of all
Americans suffer from an eating disorder. "More than 7 million women suffer from an eating
disorder whereas only one million men suffer from an eating disorder" (Mirasol). In modern
society, we are surrounded by media and images. Both men and women struggle to meet the
expectations set forth in magazines, websites, and on television. The pressure to imitate the ideal
body can lead many down unhealthy paths. Teens today face a lot more challenges which leads
them to illnesses like Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge eating. Although there are a lot of similarities
in this disease, the differences can also affect people differently, which means different treatments
are required. Anorexia is an eating disorder that struggles with the fear of gaining weight and
refuses to be healthy. Another eating disorder is Bulimia, which is when you overeat followed by
forced vomiting and excessive exercise. Binge Eating is one of the most common eating
disorders along with Anorexia and Bulimia, Binge eating is when you lose control over one's
eating. All of these common eating disorders all suffer from guilt or depression. "Individuals with
bulimia and binge eating eat large amounts of food to reduce stress" (CEDC). They also could
have risky behaviors, such as dealing with drugs or alcohol or even death. People with Anorexia
or Bulimia are very concerned with being overweight or in other words fat. There are many
different reasons Anorexia is different from Bulimia and Binge eating. According to the Cambridge
Eating Disorder Center the, "Low pulse rate, sensitivity to cold, loss of hair, etc." are signs and
symptoms of Anorexia. Bulimia's signs and symptoms are swollen glands, puffiness in face, petty of
stealing money to buy food" (CEDE). Binge Eating and Bulimia are the most alike but there are a
few differences that points them out. Eating alone, possible history of marked weight fluctuations,
eating when not hungry, etc. are all similarities between Bulimia and Binge Eating. Treatments are a
huge part of getting back on the right track. Some treatments are harder than others but in the end,
many will get to the right place. One of the

Electroconvulsive Therapy Essay
After researching electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), I have decided that if a close family member
or even myself were severely depressed I would not support the use of ECT. Electroconvulsive
therapy consists of an electrical shock, which is used to produce a seizure. Many people experience
seizures due to some other type of illness or illnesses, and in these cases there is medicine taken in
order to prevent these occurrences. In deciding my opinion on the topic of ECT I asked myself
would I want to put myself or a loved one through what others are trying to avoid; a seizure.

Prior to the actual treatment, the patient is given general anesthesia and a muscle relaxant.
Electrodes are then attached to the patient's scalp and an electric current is applied which causes a
brief convulsion. Minutes later, the patient awakens confused and without memory of events
surrounding the treatment. This treatment is usually repeated three times a week for two to four
weeks. The number of treatments varies from six to twelve. It is often recommended that the patient
maintain a limited intake of medication, after the ECT treatments, to reduce the chance of relapse.
Electroconvulsive therapy is a very controversial issue.
Much of the controversy surrounding this topic revolves around its effectiveness vs. the side effects,
and the recent increase in ECT as a quick and easy solution, instead of long–term psychotherapy or
hospitalization. Because of the concern about permanent memory loss and confusion related to ECT
treatment, some researchers recommend that the treatment only be used as a last resort. It is also
unclear whether or not ECT is effective. However, other studies indicate that the relapse rate is high,
even for patients who take medication after ECT. Some researchers insist that no study proves that
ECT is effective for more than four weeks.
The side effects were also what strongly aided in helping

was not persuasive enough; even though from the introduction of the argumentative essay

introduction includes too much of the emotional appeals, such as when it wrote " Day after day

who agree or disagree with the topic.

My Opinion On Personal Experience
Have you ever heard the quote: "Every book you've ever read is just a different combination of
twenty six letters"? If so, then you know how astounding that realization can be. And even though it
may be true in a sense, when a writer sits down to write, they aren't just putting words on paper.
They're tapping into a unique part of their inner consciousness. They're harnessing their imagination
and personal experiences to breathe life into an entire world that they imagined and then assembled.
That is a gift that not every writer is able to possess and it's true what people say: if you aren't feeling
the emotions within your writing as you write, then chances are, the readers won't be either. With that
in mind, it's understandable that empathy, inspiration, and the effort you put forth to connect with
your readers, all contribute to how favorable of a writer you will be.
In my opinion, personal experience isn't always necessary to be able to express certain emotions.
Experiencing something first hand surely helps, although it's possible to get your point across
without it. The ability to empathize with others or to be able to imagine how one must feel will go
a long way while writing. We're all human and understand basic emotions such as contentment, grief,
love, anger, so on and so forth. This mutual understanding between the reader and the writer will
allow you to build on those emotions through words. Overall, I believe the purpose of writing is to
convey an image that

Informative Speech On Beauty
Informative Speech Outline Attention–Getter: Mirror Mirror on the wall, tell me who is the most
beautiful of them all?
Thesis Statement: Beauty is defined in many different ways around the world. Examples of this
include body scars, paleness, and full figures. (Example)
What's in it for the audience: According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, beauty is defined as
qualities in a person that give pleasure to the senses or exalts the mind or spirit. (Merriam Webster
Dictionary) It is important to know not only how beauty is defined in American society, but also in
other cultures.
Credibility: For the past several weeks, I have done intensive research on beauty in three different
cultures including Ethiopia, China, and Mauritania. Along with this, I have interviewed Dr. Sanz, an
anthropologist here at the university.
Preview: Scars, skin color, and body weight all make up who we are, although different cultures view
these characteristics very differently.
Transition: While Americans are concerned with erasing scars, Ethiopian tribes are creating them.
(Smith)
Scarification is a method Ethiopian tribes use to represent themselves and show beauty within their
culture. (Fact) (Style) According to Ruth Style, a Daily Mail journalist, Ethiopian tribes, such as the

Truth Essay
Truth
The question of right and wrong has been battled over for centuries. Many conservatives still believe
that truth is absolute, while others disagree, saying that truth is relative. I believe that truth is an
individual's perception of beliefs and decisions.
For that reason, truth differentiates among individuals thorough their contrasting opinions. But, truth
is something that everyone believes to be correct. Thus, it greatly depends on what's true in the
minds of the people. On the contrary, truth that's spoken with bad intent is considered to be worse
than a lie. Hence, truth is an expression, symbol or statement that corresponds to reality and
happiness.
Truth is dominated by one's subjective thoughts and beliefs. It is a...show more content...
Nevertheless, I also consider truth to be absolute, and therefore, it is never right to do wrong. Truth
is the purity that differentiates between right and wrong. "Absolute Truth" is true regardless of what
we believe and think. Absolute truth stands on its own. In the sense, absolute truth is absolutely true
no matter what evidence there is for it. Truth is what corresponds to the facts. Truth does not change
just because we learn something about it.
Also, truth is not always good to say. If the objective of telling the truth is to hurt someone, then it is
considered to be inferior to a most terrible lie. For that reason, while speaking the truth we should
keep in mind that it doesn't hurt someone else's feelings or relations. The problem we face is that,
we feel the urge to tell the truth when we see it. But, we should try to accomplish this without
disapproving condemnations that hurt others. So when we freely express harsh judgment of another,
we are in fact talking about those negative qualities of ourselves that trouble us the most.
Likewise, care should be taken that truth that's spoken for self–satisfaction does not impair someone
else's life. Similarly, we should always bear in mind that at times lie can also be beneficial to say if,
it brings happiness to others. Hence, if the truth is spoken with the purpose of destruction of
something or someone then

Abortion I chose to write about the topic of Abortion because it is something most everyone has a
strong opinion about, you either fight for or against it, or not at all but I am sure you have an
opinion. As a woman whom has gone through an abortion and not afraid to say it, of course I have
a strong opinion but that doesn't mean I don't think it can be abused. I often find myself thinking
about all the other situations girls and women are often in and find themselves making a hard
decision. What rights should we have? Should we be ashamed? Is it moral? These are just a
fraction of questions to be answer but if I know one thing I believe women have a right to decide
what to do with their own body. No matter what I believe there is...show more content...
A large population doesn't think men go through much when being involved with an abortion but that
is a stereotype. Many men go through the same emotions as women, such as guilt or constantly
thinking if you made the right decision. It is also common for the father to want more rights in
the decision but it is ultimately not his. Right along with the men, women too have to make a
decision, the most common I found are; youth, financial reason, emotionally unstable, rape or just
not interested in having children. All in which seem valid reasons. It may seem like a no brainer
to some when considering the many options on getting an abortion but what about the people who
abuse abortions? Upon research I found many women who've had 7 or more abortions are more
likely sexually abused, but that was only one quarter of women getting abortions. The other 3
quarters just astonish me and that's when I can start see outsiders getting upset, although at the end
of the day it is none of their business... that sure doesn't stop them. People such as Fred Phelps
whom picket abortion clinics are the lowest of low in my book but something drives them to go out
of their way to express their opinion on this topic. With religion being a big portion of their reasons
behind making a difficult decision into a

Opinion Essay on Inventions
BBI20 Assignment#5 Opinion Essay on Inventions 1st March 2011 In my opinion, the most
important invention of all time in the history of human civilization and enterprise is the internet.
Why the internet? Simply because I believe this invention has made the world a better place. In
almost everything we do, we need the Internet. Whether it is to look for a job, research for a
project or even find love. The Internet is a dominant factor that plays an important role in our lives.
We just simply cannot escape the influence that the Internet has on us. Bill Gates, founder of
Microsoft enterprises, once said "The internet is becoming the town square for the global village of
tomorrow". This quote may seem short, but to me, it significantly...show more content...
It's just that all the books are on the floor." This quote explains it clearly and precisely what the
quote stated, the internet stores all the information. This information can easily be found in one
floor. This quote is actually comparing the present to the past, when everybody had to gain
knowledge and obtain information by reading and gathering books from in the library. It is
inconvenient and definitely not like the internet, where any information can be found easily. The
Internet has truly changed our world making it more convenient in general, unlike the past. We do
not need to waste time searching for countless of books just to obtain information needed. In
addition, the Internet brings the world one step ahead in education as students can attain knowledge
with the click of a button. Internet has also become a universal storage system, because a human
mind cannot withstand the information of the world throughout time. With this, information can be
stored and shared to everybody in the world. The improvement of research is important because as
time passes, humans will always strive to gain a better understanding of the universe and review all
the past data which is stored in the Internet. When more knowledge is gained, we can apply, create
and innovate the world to become a better place to live in. This is why the internet is of great
importance, as the accumulated information will prove helpful for generations to come. The final
reason why

  • 1. Greatest Invention Essays What is the greatest invention of all time? Throughout time there have been lots of new inventions which have both hindered and helped everyday life with humans. There are many different possible world's greatest inventions because they have all helped out humankind in some way, some more than others. I think that the greatest invention of all time is Harnessed Electricity. Some may argue that this was not an invention it was a discovery but although electricity itself was a discovery there was still the invention of had to use it and what it could be used for. I think that electricity is very important to human life because it would be nearly impossible to do anything we do today. If we didn't have electricity a lot of things would...show more content... I believe that the use of electricity in healthcare is more important than the use of penicillin because of the x–rays, MRI scans, life support machines, cat scans, ultrasound, surgery lighting, heart rate monitors, incubators and loads of other much needed specialist equipment. This equipment has over the years helped to save millions of lives and although penicillin helps to treat the odd few illnesses it doesn't help to run a well equipped hospital which saves even more lives with the billions of people who visit a hospital every year. Without electricity there would be no light and it would constantly be dark from around 4pm ever day. This would restrict most people from doing things because as soon as it was dark they would have to go to bed because there would be no lighting. Nobody could go out after dark as there would be no street lights on the roads and houses would have to be lit by candle light which wouldn't give of the strength of light that a light bulb does now. Yet again it would be exactly like living in the dark ages. Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. What makes a good teacher? Essay In my opinion, a good teacher should be one who puts her heart into teaching. This is because only by doing so will the students feel their passion and hard work. When a teacher strives hard for the students, students will put in their effort as well. If a teacher dislikes her job, goes to classes in a bad mood, her teaching would also be affected and students would not be able to enjoy lessons as well. Another point that makes a good teacher would be his/her patience. Teachers should not get upset or even worse, give up on the students who are not so strong in their studies. Instead, they should have the patience to slowly coach them, give them extra lessons, and find different ways to encourage them. Let them know that the teacher...show more content... It would be better if the teacher is able to find common topics to chat with the students. This would let the students feel like they can relate better to the teacher. "You must not give up. I want to let you know that even if you're facing so many problems, and feel like there's no one to talk to, I'll be here for you. Everyone else might want to be the sun that lights up your life, but I rather be the moon that guides you through your darkest hours. Let's strive hard and work toward our goal together!" This was what my high school teacher told me 10 years ago and I have remembered it until now, and will remember it for the next 10 years and so on. I was once a problematic kid who mixed with bad company and flunk tests. I never thought about what I was going to do the next day, what more when I grew up. Of course when I was younger, I had lots of dreams. I wanted to set up my own company, I wanted to be a teacher, I wanted to be able to drive an airplane and the list went on. But as the years went by, they became less insignificant to me and soon, I forgot every single one of those dreams and goals. I got to a new school and knew friends who smoke and took drugs. My grades started dropping from "A" to fails. But I did not care. I could not be bothered by then. I went partying every night and got home drunk. What was the point of studying? My parents are Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 3. Persuasive Essay On Suicide In today's society, suicide can be a multifaceted issue, sometimes an act of heroism, selfishness, love, or a brave choice. I am arguing against suicide because it is not a solution to a problem, it should not even be included as an option. Suicide is simply defined as "the deliberate taking of one's own life, usually the result of a psychiatric disorder, although sometimes deliberated in the face of life–threatening physical illness, significant interpersonal stress, or when under the influence of one or more substances of abuse" (Piotrowski). This topic interests me because of the fact that the rates are increasing year after year and it can happen to someone close to me at any moment. This topic should interest you too because someone close to you can show warning signs, which can be subtle or more discernible. Also if you are reading this as a parent, you should know "suicide is the third leading cause of death for those between the ages of ten and fourteen, and it is the second leading cause of death for those ages fifteen to thirty–four" (Goff). Yet the factors that play into a someone's decision is anything but simple. The most obvious and severe effect of suicide is the loss of a meaningful, valuable human life. "In the United States in 2013, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 41,149 individuals committed suicide and approximately 494,169 received medical treatment for self–inflicted injuries. The World Health Organization (WHO) reported an estimated 800,000 suicides worldwide in 2016, and suicide is the second leading cause of death among fifteen– to twenty–nine–year–olds worldwide. Women attempt suicide more often than men, but men complete suicide more often than women because men tend to use more lethal means, such as a firearm" (Piotrowski). With suicide rates on a continuous rise in America, society must ask what can be done to save lives. The main argument against suicide is that it is selfish, which is true. By you killing yourself, it causes a lot of pain to those left behind, like your family, loved ones, friends, etc. They tend to blame themselves for your death. Even if you feel like nobody in the whole world cares about you, you are wrong. When you think Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 4. Penny Argumentative Essay The penny debate has been going on for many years. Many people want to get rid of the penny, but others want to keep the penny. We should keep the penny. The penny is a benefit in our society. The United States needs the penny today so they can get exact change. If someone owed three cents how do they pay it? The person would need a nickel, but they wouldn't get two cents back in change. People would have more coins of higher value. If someone bought something for $1.97 they wouldn't get change back, because there would be no pennies. If the United States gets rid of the penny charities and fundraisers would have a harder time raising money. Charities and fundraisers usually raise hundreds of dollars from pennies. People usually give pennies Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. Should we all become vegetarians? Essay Should all people become vegetarians ? As we can now observe, vegetarianism has become something fashionable, and the number of people who reject eating meat is constantly increasing. In Britain, for instance, over 5 million people have done it so far. It is obviously connected with the recent animal diseases, but this tendency is likely to spread on the other regions of the world. However, it is not only a fashion or fear of illnesses. I myself became a vegetarian about 2 years ago, and I can see a number of reasons why people should stop eating meat. They are mainly of ethic, economic and health type. Those who think in an ecological way should also be aware of how this meat consumption ruins our environment. I don't have an intention...show more content... Life of such animal is full of pain and fear. It is a sad truth that nobody thinks about it while eating pork–chops. People often consider animals as a still matter, not living creatures. It also needs to be pointed out that meat production industry is highly unfriendly to the environment. It has been proved that the results of this mindless actions are extremely harmful to the whole planet: trees are lost in creating farms for animal food, land is taken away from wildlife, additional erosion is caused, topsoil is lost, groundwater is wasted, and pesticide is excessively used. In fact, one chicken farm uses as much water as a little city. Few may know that this industry, compared to others, causes the biggest pollution at all. One cannot omit the fact that there are some global economical problems caused by mass meat consumption, such as starvation. Cattle are fed soybeans, corn, and other grains that could be eaten directly by people. You can feed a cow 16 pounds of food, and only one pound becomes meat that people can eat. The other 15 pounds are waste. It has been proved that decreasing global meat production by 10% would allow us to feed additional 60 million people. I am convinced that it is a strong argument why all people should become vegetarians. On the other hand, some may Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. Minecraft Essay Minecraft is a game where the player uses their imagination to shape the world around them using the resources they find. In the world everything is shaped like a block or a cube, this includes the trees, the dirt, the water, the clouds, even the sun, everything. This simple game hasn't even been released yet but has already sold over one million copies. Minecraft was created by one man, Markus "Notch" Persson, and this is his story. What makes the story of Minecraft so unique is that it was created by Notch and only Notch. Notch had a job before Minecraft, working on games for a company. He started to work on Minecraft in his free time but after a giant popularity spike he realized that it could be a hit, so he quit his job and began...show more content... The game sells around 10,000 copies per day. It has become a cultural phenomenon and on January 12, 2011 sales passed the one million mark, but they continued to rise. With popularity increasing, big name comics like "Penny Arcade" and "Hejibits" discovered the game too and published comic strips about minecraft, leading to even further sales. Minecraft makes $250,000 a day and continues to do so. On June 13, 2011, Minecraft passed 2.5 million sales. Today Mojang has 10 employees. Markus Persson, Jens Bergensten, Daniel Kaplan, Junkboy, Jakob Porser, Carl Manneh, Tobias Mollstam, Aron Neiminen, Daniel Frisk, and Daniel Rosenfeld. These few people make up the team that continues to work towards Minecraft's future. But with so few employees things take time. Even though the game has not been officially released, people who buy the game get a copy of what it is right now as the updates are being pushed out. With such success Mojang is the target of some heavy criticism from blogs, critics, and even their own fans. One speculation from fans is that Minecraft will be the company's 1 hit wonder. What happens if it truly is a one hit wonder? Will the company go down under? Will it be the end of Mojang? Will they join a publisher in order to stay afloat and lose their title of "indie?" Another speculation concerns Mojang's next game that has absolutely nothing to do with Minecraft, not even in the same genre. What if nobody likes the game? What Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. How Media Influences Public Opinion Essay Abstract In our democratic society, mass media is the driving force of public opinion. Media sources such as Internet, newspaper, news–broadcasts, etc, play significant roles in shaping a person's understanding and perception about the events occurred in our daily lives. As long as the newspapers, internet, network television, etc, continued to be easily accessible to the public, the media will continue to have an influence in shaping its opinions. Factors such as agenda–setting, framing and priming help shape the public opinions. Agenda–setting is when the media focuses their attention on selected issues on which the public will form opinion on, whereas framing allows the media to select certain aspects about the problem and then...show more content... Researches performed over the years have indicated that media methods such as agenda–setting, priming, and framing are important factors in influencing and shaping of public opinion. Agenda–setting is one of the most important factors in shaping public opinion. Agenda–setting can be defined as the ability of the media to direct public attentions toward the issues they believe are important to the public. But whose choice is it that determines which issues are more important over others? The news media can set an agenda–setting by focus attention on selected issues on which the public will form opinions from (McCombs). The media can paint a memory in your head by repeatedly repeating the issues on different media sources as Internet, network televisions, newspapers, etc. Since these sources are the cheapest and easiest to access, the information can be view by vast number of audiences. As quoted in a 1922 classic called "Public Opinion" by Walter Lippmann, "The media are a primary source of those pictures in our heads about the larger world of public affairs, a world that for most citizens is 'out of reach, out sight, out of mind' and what we know about the world is largely based on what the media decide to tell us" (McCombs). In other words, what we perceived as important issues in our society are mainly determined by what the Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Opinion on the Death Penalty Essay Opinion on the Death Penalty The death penalty, also referred to as capital punishment, has been abolished in Canada since 1976, but still exist in a few American States. The last execution in Canada took place in 1962. I disagree with the death penalty for several reasons. My first reason is that I find it extremely inhumane to take someone's life in order to demonstrate the power of the law. Another reason for my disapproval of the death penalty, is the amount of money that it takes to put someone to death, as it would cost the same to keep an inmate in jail for life, as it would to put that same inmate to death. My third and final reason, is the guilty conscience that is placed on everyone involved: the jury who convicted...show more content... Therefore, I do not feel that Canada should permit such a deplorable undertaking of a human life. I know they must be punished, but there is a better way. Prior to putting someone to death, the accused's lawyer will attempt several appeals to the courts in order to lengthen the amount of time he has to live; and dependent on a technicality, or a sympathetic jury, the accused may be sentenced to life imprisonment. These appeals take up an abundance of court time and cost the public millions of dollars. With the cost of these appeals, it would cost the same amount to keep the same inmate in jail for a life term. Would it not be better for the inmate to perhaps obtain an education or be given the chance to rehabilitate, rather than strapped to a chair and killed ??? I personally would rather see the inmate suffer in prison and have nothing to look forward to rather than letting the government put him out of his misery by killing him. To sentence someone to death takes one trial but to actually get some one in the chair to kill them could take a dozen of trials. The question must be asked why do we bother with this lengthy and costly process when we could sentence people to life in prison, at the same cost. The killing of a human being is very traumatizing to all. Whenever the courts issue someone to death, the innocent everyday people who are involved must be affected. Just imagine how these normal human beings, like you and I, Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 9. Watching TV is Bad for Children (Argumentative Essay) Today, people of different races and generations become victims of TV addiction. Some people watch television because they want to be updated about what is happening in the world. They want to be aware and get connected with different people all around the globe. Nowadays, not only adults and teenagers, but also children, get hooked on television. Because of the busy world people are living in today, parents do not have time to take care and look after their children at all times anymore. Therefore, children have more freedom to do whatever they want, and in this case, watch whatever TV show they want – be it classified as GP, PG–13, or even R–18. They will think thatviolence is acceptable and just normal in society. According to Cline, Croft, and Courrier in their 1973 study, people, especially children who are exposed to media violence, tend to be less disturbed when they witness real world violence, and have less sympathy for its victims. On the other hand, there are also studies by Andre Gosselin, Jacques de Guise and Guy Paquette in 1997 that show that watching television does not cause viewers to be fearful, but even cause them to be happier and more optimistic about life. • 11. Argumentative Essay About Anime Do you watch cartoons? I do. Not bugs bunny; I'm talking about anime. Do you know what that is? Anime is, simply put, animation that's made in Japan. I'll give you some examples of anime that you might know. Speed Racer, Hello Kitty, Pokemon, RoboTech, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and a lot of the cartoons you find on Cartoon Network qualify as well, particularly Adult Swim. Thankfully our country has gotten the rights to translate the stories from Japanese to English, because the storylines in anime are really good. Often they're better than what Hollywood shovels into your brain. That's basically what anime is. Now let's talk about what it's not. Anime is not a genre; it's an art form; a medium. From now on I want you to think of anime as being equated with movies, books, music, etc; all the entertainment media. Just like you have movies for kids, movies for teens, adults, so it is with anime. All your entertainment comes in 31 flavors, right? Comedy, horror, drama, suspense, action, etc. You file similar movies on the same shelf in the store, don't you? But you shouldn't be putting all anime on the same shelf because anime is not a genre. It's a medium, like movies are a medium, like books are a medium. A medium can have any genre of entertainment in it; well so can anime. Anime is not all sex and violence as some people will tell you. When I hear someone say that anime is sex and violence, that immediately tells me that they watched probably one particular anime show Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 12. Essay on Opinion on Abortion Opinion on Abortion My own opinion of abortion is very varied. There are so many different reasons for abortions. Every woman who has had one will have had reasons. I am sure they wouldn't have decided in a few minutes that they were going to abort their baby. They would have thought long and hard about what to do. I put myself in the position of someone else. If I got pregnant now would I really be able to keep it. I would, for one, have to stop school and miss out on the education I would need to bring up a child. I probably wouldn't be able to cope with the emotional pressures and cope with the pain of giving birth. It all seems so easy before you see it through someone else's eyes. Women...show more content... Today, abortion is illegal in very few countries–even those with religious beliefs and traditions. During the 1960s and 1970s many governments relaxed their abortion laws and made it easier for women to terminate unwanted pregnancies. In a few countries such as the Soviet Union abortion is seen as an alternative to contraception. In China women are forced to have abortions because of the one–child–per–family policy. This policy is aimed at reducing the country's overpopulation problems. Reasons for abortions with different circumstances If you are thinking that there are no valid reasons for abortion, just imagine a fourteen year old girl who has been raped. How can she be expected to get on with her life and ever recover if she has a baby? How can she receive a full education? Every time she looks at the baby, she will be reminded of her terrible experience. In some countries, for example, Russia and China, there is an absence of family planning. Abortion is used as a form of birth control. In Russia, a woman has on average four or five abortions in her lifetime. In China there are over ten million abortions annually. I think that the amount of money spent on abortions in these countries could be better spent on promoting contraceptives and family planning. I do not agree Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 13. Argumentative Essay On Eating Disorders Mariah Raveling Ms. Frehse English 3.3 6 Oct. 2017 Eating Disorders Around 10–15% of all Americans suffer from an eating disorder. "More than 7 million women suffer from an eating disorder whereas only one million men suffer from an eating disorder" (Mirasol). In modern society, we are surrounded by media and images. Both men and women struggle to meet the expectations set forth in magazines, websites, and on television. The pressure to imitate the ideal body can lead many down unhealthy paths. Teens today face a lot more challenges which leads them to illnesses like Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge eating. Although there are a lot of similarities in this disease, the differences can also affect people differently, which means different treatments are required. Anorexia is an eating disorder that struggles with the fear of gaining weight and refuses to be healthy. Another eating disorder is Bulimia, which is when you overeat followed by forced vomiting and excessive exercise. Binge Eating is one of the most common eating disorders along with Anorexia and Bulimia, Binge eating is when you lose control over one's eating. All of these common eating disorders all suffer from guilt or depression. "Individuals with bulimia and binge eating eat large amounts of food to reduce stress" (CEDC). They also could have risky behaviors, such as dealing with drugs or alcohol or even death. People with Anorexia or Bulimia are very concerned with being overweight or in other words fat. There are many different reasons Anorexia is different from Bulimia and Binge eating. According to the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center the, "Low pulse rate, sensitivity to cold, loss of hair, etc." are signs and symptoms of Anorexia. Bulimia's signs and symptoms are swollen glands, puffiness in face, petty of stealing money to buy food" (CEDE). Binge Eating and Bulimia are the most alike but there are a few differences that points them out. Eating alone, possible history of marked weight fluctuations, eating when not hungry, etc. are all similarities between Bulimia and Binge Eating. Treatments are a huge part of getting back on the right track. Some treatments are harder than others but in the end, many will get to the right place. One of the Get more content on HelpWriting.net

The number of treatments varies from six to twelve. It is often recommended that the patient maintain a limited intake of medication, after the ECT treatments, to reduce the chance of relapse. Electroconvulsive therapy is a very controversial issue. Much of the controversy surrounding this topic revolves around its effectiveness vs. the side effects, and the recent increase in ECT as a quick and easy solution, instead of long–term psychotherapy or hospitalization. Because of the concern about permanent memory loss and confusion related to ECT treatment, some researchers recommend that the treatment only be used as a last resort. It is also unclear whether or not ECT is effective. However, other studies indicate that the relapse rate is high, even for patients who take medication after ECT. Some researchers insist that no study proves that ECT is effective for more than four weeks. The side effects were also what strongly aided in helping Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 16. My Opinion On Personal Experience Have you ever heard the quote: "Every book you've ever read is just a different combination of twenty six letters"? If so, then you know how astounding that realization can be. And even though it may be true in a sense, when a writer sits down to write, they aren't just putting words on paper. They're tapping into a unique part of their inner consciousness. They're harnessing their imagination and personal experiences to breathe life into an entire world that they imagined and then assembled. That is a gift that not every writer is able to possess and it's true what people say: if you aren't feeling the emotions within your writing as you write, then chances are, the readers won't be either. With that in mind, it's understandable that empathy, inspiration, and the effort you put forth to connect with your readers, all contribute to how favorable of a writer you will be. In my opinion, personal experience isn't always necessary to be able to express certain emotions. Experiencing something first hand surely helps, although it's possible to get your point across without it. The ability to empathize with others or to be able to imagine how one must feel will go a long way while writing. We're all human and understand basic emotions such as contentment, grief, love, anger, so on and so forth. This mutual understanding between the reader and the writer will allow you to build on those emotions through words. Overall, I believe the purpose of writing is to convey an image that Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Thesis Statement: Beauty is defined in many different ways around the world. Examples of this include body scars, paleness, and full figures. (Example) What's in it for the audience: According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, beauty is defined as qualities in a person that give pleasure to the senses or exalts the mind or spirit. (Merriam Webster Dictionary) It is important to know not only how beauty is defined in American society, but also in other cultures. Credibility: For the past several weeks, I have done intensive research on beauty in three different cultures including Ethiopia, China, and Mauritania. Along with this, I have interviewed Dr. Sanz, an anthropologist here at the university. Preview: Scars, skin color, and body weight all make up who we are, although different cultures view these characteristics very differently. Transition: While Americans are concerned with erasing scars, Ethiopian tribes are creating them. (Smith) Scarification is a method Ethiopian tribes use to represent themselves and show beauty within their culture. (Fact) (Style) According to Ruth Style, a Daily Mail journalist, Ethiopian tribes, such as the Surma use razor blades and thorns to create scars during a special ceremony. (Example) During the voluntary ceremony, one must not show pain because pain brings disgrace to the family name. Many conservatives still believe that truth is absolute, while others disagree, saying that truth is relative. I believe that truth is an individual's perception of beliefs and decisions. For that reason, truth differentiates among individuals thorough their contrasting opinions. But, truth is something that everyone believes to be correct. Thus, it greatly depends on what's true in the minds of the people. On the contrary, truth that's spoken with bad intent is considered to be worse than a lie. Nevertheless, I also consider truth to be absolute, and therefore, it is never right to do wrong. Truth is the purity that differentiates between right and wrong. "Absolute Truth" is true regardless of what we believe and think. Absolute truth stands on its own. In the sense, absolute truth is absolutely true no matter what evidence there is for it. Truth is what corresponds to the facts. Truth does not change just because we learn something about it. Also, truth is not always good to say. If the objective of telling the truth is to hurt someone, then it is considered to be inferior to a most terrible lie. For that reason, while speaking the truth we should keep in mind that it doesn't hurt someone else's feelings or relations. The problem we face is that, we feel the urge to tell the truth when we see it. But, we should try to accomplish this without disapproving condemnations that hurt others. So when we freely express harsh judgment of another, we are in fact talking about those negative qualities of ourselves that trouble us the most. Likewise, care should be taken that truth that's spoken for self–satisfaction does not impair someone else's life. Similarly, we should always bear in mind that at times lie can also be beneficial to say if, it brings happiness to others.
