People have different ideas when they think of meditation.
Often they think of a person, sitting in a Lotus-pose, sitting still and doing nothing at all. This is certainly true but it is much more than that. You can meditate while you’re walking, standing still or sitting.
According to me, it has more to do with developing awareness.
When you become more aware, you become more familiar with your state of being.
When you develop more awareness, your whole life will change.
For example you become more aware of how you feel; conscious awareness of vibration. You become more aware that you are aware. This for me is the ultimate way to raise your vibrational state. Becoming aware of awareness is the real “Present Moment” and this can deepen endlessly.
