This document discusses 3 myths about adopting a Lean process. The first myth is that people don't care about Lean, but the reality is that people do care about improving processes. The second myth is that people don't want to run tests, but the reality is that tests on small things like buttons and flows have yielded big lifts. The third myth is that you can test your way to a great experience, but the reality is that vision and design must guide experiments, which then validate the vision. Lean is about failing fast through experiments to improve quickly.
