BRITISH ARMY - ROYAL LOGISTICS CORPS
1999 - present Corporal and currently working at Military Training Wing Germany,
Planning and implementing Career Leadership Management courses, for an average of 400
students per annum, with a 95% pass rate. Adapting course syllabus and teaching methods to
accommodate the individual needs of the students.
Management and coordination of full training package for regimental pre-deployment.
Achieved status of IEDD (Improvised Explosive Device Disposal) No 2 High Threat Operative,
including teaching Counter IED and Counter Insurgency to numerous regiments.
Experienced in Incident Control Point Management including liaising with Emergency Services.
Led ‘Tiger’ training teams for 2012 Olympic Security. Responsible for the delivery of credible short
notice competencies in all aspects of venue security for excess of 4000 personnel.
