3. INTRODUCTION
LAGEEN Company was founded in 1939 by Kibbutz Yagur
as a can factory.
A new division was established in 1968 to produce
Plastic and Laminate tubes under the commercial name
LAGEEN TUBOPLAST and in 1993 the aluminum
division was first operated.
LAGEEN TUBBOPLAST has an active Customer Service
Department and representatives in Europe and America.
LAGEEN TUBES has a JV (75% Lageen’s) operation in
Belarus provides plastic tubes to Eastern Europe and to
select customers in Germany and North America.

4. INTRODUCTION
LAGEEN TUBOPLAST supplies to prestigious
customers in the pharmaceutical market such as
AVENTIS, TEVA, TARO, PERRIGO and WELLA.
In the cosmetics market, LAGEEN TUBOPLAST
proudly supplies tubes to L’OREAL, REVLON,
WELLA, KALINA, KAO BRANDS (JOHN FRIEDA),
The BODY SHOP and other leading companies
60% of LAGEEN TUBOPLAST’s capacity is dedicated
to export.
LAGEEN TUBOPLAST is certified for HACCP
regulations and ISO 9001:2000
ISO 14001 and FDA approved.
