je veoma
bitan
faktor za
vođenje
zdravog
načina
života
“Sjedeće ”aktivnosti preplavile su sva
područja ljudskog delovanja, čime je psiho-
fizičko zdravlje ozbiljno narušeno:
•gledanje TV,
•slušanje muzike
•rad na kopjuteru i dr.
U 21.vijeku čovjekova
fizička aktivnost je na
najnižem nivou u istoriji
ljudskog postojanja.
Kada bi se fizička aktivnost mogla
upakovati u formu tablete, bio bi
to najpropisivaniji lijek današnjice.
Fizička aktivnost je kretanje u svakodnevnom
životu, rad, rekreacija, vježbanje, ples, šetnja,
hodanje, trčanje, sportske aktivnosti ... (SZO)
Fizička
aktivnost može
zamijeniti
mnoge ljekove,
ali ni jedan lijek
ne može
zamijeniti
fizičku aktivnost
