3. INTRODUCTION
The Company Master Web Portal by Agile Softech Pvt. Ltd. Is a
“Customized ERP solution for any company (IT specific) to
manage their different units ,sections ,departments or projects
,Branches with single, integrated, Multi functioning,
Centralized, highly customized web portals.”
Using this web portal, the Managers/HR can keep track of time
spent by project members on different projects. It stores details
regarding users, projects and time spent by members on projects.
Using this portal employee can make requests for leaves.
4. All the records of the employees should be handled
properly.
we can handle customer relationship easily.
5. OBJECTIVE
The Objective of this project is to provide Hassel Free, User friendly
Customized ERP solution for any company (IT specific) to manage
their different units or sections or departments or projects ,Branches
with single, integrated, Multi functioning, Centralized, highly
customized web portals. Some of the requirement and objectives of this
portal is as under:-
To provide a common interface for all sections/units/level
/staff / managements etc.
To provide all best possible services for all units/company.
To provide track of time spent by project members on different projects.
It stores details regarding users, projects and time spent by members
on projects.

Administration :
This module will contain privilege related information.
According to permission the user can view the pages. The top
management can see the pages of any dept, the dept head can see
the page of any employee under him.
CRM modules:
This module will contain customer related information. Their
complete details, contact information, feedbacks etc.
12. Finance modules:
This module will contain finance related information.
Employee’s salary, appraisal, bonus, leave. etc.
Bidding modules:
This module will contain bidding related information like
details of party, project etc.
Project modules:
This module will contain project related information like
Project start date, end date, current status, time spent on
projects by members.
