I apply new technologies to improving library customer services and look after the Manchester Library, Information and Archives social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. I curate daily content and manage an online community of 25,000 followers - not bad for a public library! I also manage the library's mobile app plus I create content for and maintain library web pages and intranet content and look after the LibraryLive and Ask About Business websites and the Manchester Libraries blog.
I also build partnerships with businesses, non-profits and local community groups to deliver innovative digital literacy programmes across the city including Coding for Girls...
