Most of the youth become very aggressive when anyone post against them but
from the research, it shows that as the level of maturity increases among the youth,
their aggression decreases and they make a far wiser decision. When anyone post
to provoke cast and religious feelings they become very sensitive and behave very
decently and try to make understand very decently the people who post such types
of posts on Facebook. Youth are taking a good decision on any political
propaganda related post. Most of the youth ignore it and advise people to stay
away from these types of posts. Most of the youth students don't easily trust on any
attractive news or information, firstly they investigate it and then believe in it.
Totally it is proved that youth have much better decision-making ability in the
virtual world and the development level of their decision-making ability is so good.
Thus constructed Hypotheses 1 and 2 both are proved true. But this study also
shows that most of the youth students never led any social movements through
making any page or organizing any event on Facebook. Thus Hypothesis 3 is
proved wrong.
The overall conclusion is that youth decision making ability development level is
much better in the virtual world but the leadership development level is not so
good, it is so poor.

Youth is the power of any Nation and it is a privilege of India that it has a
major population of youth. It has been seen that most of the developed
countries have less youth population. So if India has a major youth
population then the government should care about their leadership ability
and should work on it. Because if youth will lead, the country would also
lead the whole world. Everybody knows that social media is very strongest
communication tool in the present era but it is a weapon too. So
government should organize such types of digital programs in the virtual
world that can increase the level of leadership ability in them on social
media. Since youth is a resource, the government should use their energy
to lead many social movements in the virtual world which can benefit the
country.
