HUMAN RESOURCES
Human resources is a set of individuals who made up the workforce of an
organisations, business sectors or economy. “Human Capital” is sometimes used
synonymously with human resources, although human capital typically refers to a
more narrow view likewise, other terms sometimes used include “manpower”,”
talent” , “labour” or simply “people”.
The professional discipline and business function that overseas an
organisation, human resource is called Human Resource Management.
RESOURSE PERSON
A resource person is one who has knowledge relevant stills, competence and
expertise to give a talk guidance or firsthand information in a given subject or area.
They are often persons who are well versed with the subject matter.
A resource person in undergraduate education classes may promote insights
into the challenges, success and frustrations associated with the development and
implementation of elementary curriculum. The direct benefits of the resources
person include (a) sharing unique, specialized knowledge and experience. (b)
Sharing instructional media including audio visual hardware and software, as well
as published, teacher designed and teacher constructed instructional materials. (c)
Sharing divergent philosophers (d) providing possible options and goals for future
career growth. (f) Stimulating a realistic approach to educational problems and (g)
providing stimulations of selected professional situations

IMPORTANCE OF RESOURCE PERSONS IN
EDUCATION
G MADHAVAN NAIR
G. Madhavan Nair is the former chairman of Indian Space research
organisation and secretary to the department of space, government of India
September 2003. Madhavan Nair was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, Indian’s
Second highest civilian honor on January 26, 2009.
He was born at Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, India in a middleclass
Nairfamily. He graduated with B.Sc. Engineering from college of Engineering,
Thiruvanathapuram, under university of Kerala, with Specialization in Electronics
and communication Engineering. After graduation, Nair attended a training
programme at Bhaba Atomic research center school, Mumbai.
6. Career
Madhavan Nair is a leading technologist in the field of rocket system and
has made significant contributions to the development of multistage satellite
launch vehicle.
As director of ISRO’s largest R& D center, the Vikram Sarabhai space
center, he also saw Indians Geo Synchronous satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV)
successfully come to function.

As Chairman of ISRO
As the chairman of Indian Space Research Organisation, Madhavan Nair is
entrusted with the responsibility for the development of space technology and its
application to national development. During his tenure seven missions were
7. accomplished, ie. INSAT – 3E, Resource at-1, Edusat, Carto Sat-1, Hamsat-1,
INSAT-4A, PSLV-C5, GSLV-F01, PSLV- CO, Cartosat- 2, INSAT- 4B, SRE-1,
PSLV- C7, PSLV- C8, GSLV- F04, INSAT- 4CR, PSLV- C10, Carbosat – 2A,
IMS- 1, PSLV- C9, Chandrayan- 1, PSLV- c11, PSLV- C 12, RISAT- 2,
ANUSAT, PSLV- C14 and Ocensat- 2. Madhavan Nair has given major thrust for
evolving application programme such as tele education and telemedicine for
meeting the needs of society at large. He is also providing guidance and leadership
in undertaking new technology development related to launch vehicle, space craft
for communication, remote sensing & application programme to meet societal
needs.The Govt. of India conferred Madhavan Nair the highly coveted awards
Padma Bhushan in 1998 and Padma Vibhushan in 2009 in recognition of his
service to the country & society.
8. V R KRISHNA IYER
Vaidyanathapuram Ramakrishna Iyer born on November 1, 1915. Popular known
as justice VK Krishna Iyer is a famous judge in the supreme court of India. He was
born at Vaidyanathapuram near Palakkad. He was elected to Kerala Legislative
Assembly in 1957, he became a minister in the first communist government in
Kerala servicing until 1959. Having been the minister of law, power, prisons,
irrigation and social welfare in the gov. of Kerala he was instrumental in bringing
about many significant changes in these sectors. In 1973, he was sworn in as a
judge of the supreme court of India, as of 2011, he is the last Supreme Court judge
to have previously served as politician. He was offered with Padma Vibhushan in
year 1999. There are 105 published books by VR Krishna Iyer which include four
travelogues.
Public Role
In July 2010, Iyer supported a campaign to introduce Islamic banking and
finance into India. “I welcome Islamic Finance in India, Islamic Finance has
proven successful in poverty alleviation and promoting sustainable growth in many
countries, including United States, it is very relevant in our country where 20
million people are starving”. Iyer said
In June 2008 Iyer was among several leading jurists and civil rights activist
who signed an open letter urging Iran to abide by international human rights
conventions and release the detainees immediately of the leadership of Baha in
faith in Iran.
Justice VR Krishna Iyer also serving as the president of Kerala, Janakeeya
Prathirodha Samithi, a state levelorganisation in kerala, which is leading and
coordinating various mass movements and anti-globalization movements in the
state.

CONCLUSION
The professional discipline and business function that overseas an
organisation andhuman resource. The resource persons are those who relevant
skills, competence and expertise to have given a talk guidance. The direct benefits
of the resource persons has unique specialize knowledge and experience.
