  4. 4. Patients 59 suspected cases with fever and dry cough were transferred to a designated hospital, Jin Yintan Hospital (Wuhan, China, 41 patients were confirmed to be infected with 2019-nCoV.

Treatment • Corticosteroids should not be routinely given systemically, according to WHO interim guidance. • No antiviral treatment for coronavirus infection has been proven to be effective. • A randomized controlled trial has been initiated quickly to assess the efficacy and safety of combined use of lopinavir/ritonavir (kaletra) in patients hospitalized with 2019-nCoV infection.
