1. Agreement of Responsibility when in charge of the facilities of Sunrays of Hope
I agree that when I am in charge of the facilities of Sunrays of Hope, because:
A) I have used a key to enter Sunrays of Hope
or
B) I have agreed to being left in charge of the facilities of Sunrays of Hope,
in doing so I assume legal responsibility of the following:
•If I only intend to access Sunrays of Hope for personal use, I will agree to keep the place safe
while at the facilities, and I will check it is left secure before leaving Sunrays of Hope
(Including making sure ALL Windows and Doors are locked and secure)
•Before opening the facilities, I have read and understood the "Opening Routine at Sunrays of
Hope" document, and agree to follow the Policies and Procedures defined in it.
•I have read and understood the "Code of Conduct" document and agree to follow the Policies
and Procedures defined in it.
•I have read and understood the "Conflict Resolution" document and agree to follow the
Policies and Procedures defined in it.
•I agree not to let any person less than 18 years of age into Sunrays of Hope unless
accompanied by a parent, or unless there are two (2) Sunrays of Hope adult Members
who have agreed to be responsible for the well being of the Minors while at Sunrays of
Hope.
•Before closing the facilities, I have read and understood the "Closing Routine at Sunrays of
Hope" document, and agree to follow the Policies and Procedures defined in it.
•I agree that I have been given the phone numbers to contact the Officers and Board Members of
Sunrays of Hope.
I have read and understood the "Policies and Procedures for Access to the Facilities"
document, and agree to follow the Policies and Procedures defined in it, including calling
and talking to one of the officers or board members when an issue or a conflict takes
place, or if unable to speak in person, leaving a voicemail for two (2) of the officers or
board members.
