Notes de l'éditeur
What is it about being an educator that drives you? What ignites a fire inside you?
Within your subject matter, which topics do you enjoy the most?
Completely outside of your profession, what are you passionate about?
By combining all three you can become a powerfully passionate teacher-- even on our ‘off’ days.
Are you a lifeguard or swimmer in your classroom? What is the difference?
How can we be better swimmers in our classrooms? What would that look like?
What is proper classroom atmosphere?
How can we make our student feel comfortable to let go, take risks, even be silly while learning?
What are some techniques or strategies that you use to set an atmosphere for learning?
It is a complete myth that some people are ‘born creative’ while others seems to have missed that gene.
If we ask ourselves the right questions, our brains will try to find the right answers -- leading to creativity.
What are some types of questions that we could ask ourselves when lesson planning that would lead to more creative, engaging lessons?
Do you have a system to prevent ‘idea evaporation’ to capture your creative ideas?
This quote speaks for itself.
Think about how you can make your class or lesson a ‘purple cow’ or REMARKABLE.
How can we transform our classrooms into irresistible places for our students?
If you do nothing else, but ramp up your enthusiasm while teaching, you will be far ahead of the game.
Unlike passion, enthusiasm can be faked and it is contagious. What do you do to help keep your enthusiasm alive and strong?
